Degree: System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager
Graduation Year: 2014

After being initially unsure about online colleges in general, I must say that after completing my network/security program at ABTU, I can't envision doing it any other way. ABTU has a pleasantly unique set up that allows weekly live web communication and screen sharing between classmates and instructors, eliminating the feeling of learning all by yourself . The program really helped me get the knowledge I needed, that eventually led me into the network admin position at my work. The staff and after hours support are incredible, its great knowing my questions can get answered or issues resolved as quick as a phone call or web-chat. You'd imagine this level of interaction and service would come with a hefty tuition price, right? NOPE! i completed without using any student loans. The school is dedicated to helping students graduate debt-free by offering low tuition rates, and really helping students find alternative funding sources, set up comfortable payment plans, and apply for institutional scholarships and discounts. Your time is too valuable, and college is too costly to choose the wrong one, I recommend giving ABTU a shot.

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2014

ABTU has helped me maximize my gi bill. They are always going above and beyond to make sure I am doing well in classes and when I fall behind I have assistance to help get me back on track so it does not mess up my benefits. I chose to do online due to anxiety issues so ABTU addresses the best portion of that by being online but I still have live classes so I can ask questions about the material live with an instructor. The Instructors typically work in the fields that they are teaching so it feels as if you are getting real world experience with the information that you cover in class. My time at American Business & Technology University has been great so far!

I could never see myself going back to a traditional school at this point in my life and honestly there is no reason too. Studying at American Business & Technology University makes attending classes convenient as possible, while still getting the interaction with a LIVE instructor. Once I complete my Associate Degree, I will be attending ABTU for my Bachelors. Also keep in mind that the school has a debt free platform that allows me to complete my degree without taking out student loans.

Degree: Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician
Graduation Year: 2015

Any recent high school graduate or anyone wanting to return to school to finish a degree or even start one, you will not find a better place to do it than American Business and Technology University. When I first decided to go back to school, I admit that I tried one of the big name schools that we all see on television and for me that was horrible because the few months I was there the only people I talked to was someone in the business office and I did not learn anything commenting on a message board about another students ideas or opinions. I don't know who came up with that format but it doesn't work. I was lucky enough to come across ABTU. This is the only University that I know of where all the online classes are live and have an actual teacher that you can see and interact with. You will not get bored and you will not get left behind. The faculty and staff at American Business and Technology are going to be with you until you have the degree in hand.

Degree: Information Systems
Graduation Year: 2015

I thouroughly enjoyed my learning experience at ABTU. I spent a lot of time trying to find a school that fit my needs. One of the biggest selling points for me was the synchronous classroom where you were able to talk directly to the class and teacher. Another wonderful advantage was the resources that were used to reinforce the curriculum. These included LabSim, e-books, and virtual library access. Overall I was very happy with my learning experience and currently looking to continue into my Masters.

I chose to go with ABTU due to the flexibility they have with me. I still have plenty of time working my full time job and spending a gracious amount of time with my family. I'm able to attend my sons soccer games and listen to the live lectures on my Smartphone. There are times when it gets tough, but ABTU has tutoring available if you need it. I love the aspects of being able to communicate with my instructors and other students in the same class during the live lectures. It's really helped out a lot. Thank you ABTU for everything you have done and continue to do. I'll definitely be continuing on for my Bachelors degree.

Degree: Computer Programming
Graduation Year: 2015

To be honest, I really did not do very well at a traditional (On Campus) school because I was always distracted. However while attending ABTU Online from the comfort of my own home I found that I was able to focus better and learn more while attending Live class. Each class was 6 weeks long and for the times that I could't make it to class I was able to watch the recording of the class, this made it almost feel as if I never missed anything. I would Highly Recommend ABTU to anyone who works full time or has a family, Class is offered in the evenings and the ABTU Staff was very kind and awesome to work with.

I started out going to school online thinking that it was going to be terribly difficult. I did not think it was something I could do. Then I started the actual courses. The instructors were live, they were very quick on response times, and they knew there stuff. They along with the retention staff, registrars office, and technical support went above and beyond when I ever needed anything.

ABTU is a wonderful college for the active adults. Able to log in while I was on business trips to maintain live lectures and real time interaction with other students. 100% recommended for adults wishing to further their education. The platform this college uses is very user friendly as well.

As a Navy veteran, i was looking for a school that could solve a few problems i was having. The first was cost, I did not want to get into debt. ABTU has a fantastic tuition package that includes everything i need to complete my program. I graduate in a few short months and will be education debt free. The second problem i was having is that i am a visual learner, another school i tried did not offer any interaction during courses. ABTU offered weekly live web sessions where the teacher presents info and we can ask questions live. This was very helpful to me as i prefer to ask questions live vs. emailing and waiting for a response. Looking forward to finishing my assocates degree and i think after that i will start the bachelors at ABTU.
