"Excellent school with a Christian environment. Teachers are supportive and will work with you on assignments you need help with. They also will work help you in the evenings and on weekends which is very helpful. The degree program is easy to follow and each course builds you to the next course."

"Anderson University has a beautiful campus with a wonderful small-town feeling. Certain professors care deeply about students as individuals and strive to help students succeed both in the classroom and out in the real world in their field. However, the faculty does have issues with showing favoritism at times, and funding to certain programs or developmental ideas are not supported by the upper end of administration as there should be, which is disappointing since the school could have a larger impact on the community around it and could better prepare students for their fields if they would use their funding differently. Most professors provide a positive, safe environment to learn in, and they are usually gracious and understanding while you are learning. Students are held to high academic standards, so you will put a lot of work in to classes, and gain a lot of useful knowledge out of it. While they have a nice student center, the housing facilities are in a desperate need of improvement. My freshman year of college was miserable as I suffered from allergies to mold in the building I lived in. The theater, art, and music department is great, with many of the faculty members having degrees from high-ranking universities in the country and some unbelievable life experience working in places like Hollywood and New York. I gained a valuable education from there, however, there are some things that have to be dealt with, such as issues with paperwork and forms being completed correctly by administration which could be avoided or improved upon, but overall, it was a vigorous academic experience and has prepared me to work in my field."

"Anderson was an amazing experience. It was just the right size for me to have a small school feel but a strong college experience. Great professors, great dorms and campus. Beautiful grounds and there is always something fun going on. Best 4 years, I would highly recommend it!"
