I had a wonderful experience. I appreciated a majority of my professors, especially as a began taking classes towards my major. I felt the size of the campus and number of students was a perfect fit for me. I had a wonderful experience working with my academic advisor.

Perfect. Not too small, not too big. The dorms are all fine, but the technology was always up to date in class. They offer a lot of extra activities.

I think BSU has good focus on the areas that it excels in (teaching, music, architecture). They treated students well while I was there.

Ball State University was an amazing university to attend. The professors were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. The professors and staff at Ball State continuously worked to ensure that every student received an equitable education. They provide opportunities for me to become the best teacher that I could be. I felt fully prepared for the real education world when I graduate and that showed when I received my first teaching job.

Degree: Architecture
Graduation Year: 2008

Ball State University is a very nice college with a great campus and constant renewal. For In-state, I would highly recommend it. For out-of-state, it is highly dependent on your degree program. The College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) is an exceptional program which balances art and science to have a well-rounded education, which is not always seen or achieved by many architectural schools.

Especially for in-state students, Ball State is an extremely economical opportunity to attend a large university with nationally-recognized programs.

It was good, I feel you will get similar education at different places...what its really about is the experience you recieve while getting the book smarts.

Ball State is a great place to study if you want the feel of a small town with the resources of a large university. The campus is absolutely beautiful and the library is fantastic! Such a great place to learn. I came back for graduate school and will be disappointed to leave after graduation.

Ball State is a wonderful school. The full year immersive experience at Indiana School for the Deaf is one of a kind. BSU helped prepare me to be a great teacher.
