"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! This school is extremely deceiving and will try to get you to sign up and enroll as soon as you go in for a tour . When I went on my tour I was assured that construction wouldn't be done during school hours , that was a lie ! How can you learn therapeutic massage when the walls next to your class room are being sanded and banged on ? The teachers are unprofessional and constantly talk down to the students even thought everyone attending class is 18 or over . Our class along with another , went half way through our "educational stay" without all of our books and supplies ! Save your time and find a more professional school ."

"It was such a disappointment . I'm an educated , mature woman not a little kid ! I give people full respects. I tried so hard not to pay attention to the instructor's ignorant way of treating her class. She talked down to all students like we are stupid people ( especially in lab). She might know her stuff but to make the learning experience miserable is un-called for . I decided that I had to stop to save my sanity. If you think that you can come to school and to be put down like a little child then come to this school and go to this particular class. Otherwise , go some place else where they will pay you with more RESPECTs!!!!!"

"Don't waste your time. If you are expecting a quality environment with instructors who know how to spell basic vocabulary of the English language you will be greatly disappointed. Most of the time spent in lecture is literally copying word for misspelled word and then reading it out loud. And if that's not the case then you sit around talking about what it means to "feel" and "be in touch with your emotions" or what party you went to the night before. Completely unprofessional and irrelevant. Also, yes, you are treated like a credit card when its time to pay up. They will hunt you down and pull you right out of class to get their money (I've seen it happen time and time again); however, they continuously make you sit and do "whatever" to pass the time because you have to have a certain number of hours to graduate. SOME people pay good money to be there..to do nothing. Not to mention how strict they are about wearing "all black shoes and no nail polish". Only strict with some people and not others. ... altogether disappointing."

"I am going to the BSOM at the moment. I want to let as many people as possible, that this school is not worht it. Don't waste your money and time, to be humiliated and treated just like another credit card in there....The teachers are extremely unprofetional, some of them have just graduated and never practise massage therapy, some assistants are clearly doing drugs, while at school, and all overall the experience is painfull and makes you feel like crap!"

"I'm a current student and I'm really loving the experience - but everyones journey is different. This is something that is right for me at this time in my life - You have to decide if it's something you really want to do. I know A LOT of poeple have graduated from BSOM and have gone on to have great success in their careers - I also know some poeple who took the course and have never massaged again - everyone journey is different. As far as the school - my opinion is that is could be managed better, but like anything - your going to get out of it what you put into it...."

"i'm enrolled currently. My opinion??? I like it. There is a lot of on hands training. So, if you're one of those people that don't like to be touched, it might not be the place for you. Everyone's journey is different. The course is about 13 months. No breaks in between. We go M-Th 1900-2230 (7-10:30). Its just like any other school. Meaning most of the instructors are cool and try to work with you if they see you're trying. You always have one or two that you have issues with. You just have to let the BS roll off and stay focused on your goal. Most of us work full time so, its hard to get your homework done (assigned daily). We are like one big happy family. We all share. So, if one person didn't get a chance to do their work, someone will "hook 'em up"!"
