"This was a terrible school. I attempted to get into the nursing program. They told me the wrong classes to take, lied about which ones were required and then rejected me from entry into the nursing program because I didn't take classes they told me I didn't need. No one seems to know what is going on in this place. But you can pay your tuition in 10 minutes. That part works."

"Bemidji State University was a wonderful experience for me. Located next to beautiful Lake Bemidji, the views from campus are unbeatable. The school is set in Northern Minnesota and for those of us who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors there is no better school to accommodate activities such as fishing, hunting, and recreational outdoor sports. The community is very supportive of the university and there is a strong sense of pride associated with the school. The faculty and staff are very supportive and wonderful to work with."

"Wonderful campus. Very friendly staff and environment. Trying to find a place to park was nearly impossible unless it was winter, then you could park on the lake. I loved my time at Bemidji State. I would recommend this college to anyone, especially those pursuing a career in Education, nursing, business, or criminal justice."

"I really liked BSU. The campus was beautiful and the instructors were very supportive of students. However, better be prepared for winter weather...or stick to the underground tunnels."

"This school is very unorganized and frustrating. The online staff often are poorly trained in how to use the online format and there is very little guidance or support. I found that an increased grade seemed to substitute for fixing problems when I complained and was very dissatisfied with my education. i also applied for the TEACH grant and there was no follow through on the schools end losing me over $3,000 I had qualified for the year before."

"College was a great time of my life. It introduced me to new experiences, people and shaped me to the person I am today. I made the choice of where to attend school based on my major and the rest fell into place. I became engaged in the classes and with extra curricular activities which were ever abundant around me during college."

"The graduate program - Counseling Psychology - was great and worked with students who had full time jobs and families very well. They made it manageable for those at that stage of life as well as challenging enough for those wanting to speed through and go onto a doctorate degree. Faculty were extremely personable!"
