Degree: Elementary Education
Graduation Year: 1989

Attending a single gender school was the best decision I have made regarding my education. Columbia College helped me grow and prosper in my confidence as a women. The faculty were very concerned about my success in their classes and were willing to go above and beyond in order to see me succeed. Being at a small school allowed me the opportunity to participate in class conversations rather than just be ab observer. Classes were never larger that thirty students and I was never taught by a graduate students. All of my instructors were wither assistant professors or full professors.

Columbia College is very engaging and values each student. You are not a number, but rather a valued member of the college community. What makes Columbia College rich in honor is it's high moral standards coupled with it's powerful liaison with leaders in the community to bridge a wealthy network for students.
