"I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management specializing in accounting. I landed an accounting job with a Top 15 firm immediately after graduation. I continued on with my studies to get a master's of accountancy to land a job with a Big 4 firm. EFSC is definitely an important first step in obtaining an education in Florida. Their tuition rate is unbelievably great and they have transfer agreements with UCF and FIT. Getting your AA here is a definite yes. There's no reason to pay more for your first two years of college somewhere else. Getting your bachelor's degree here is a maybe/yes, depending on what you are looking for. EFSC doesn't have the name brand recognition that UCF and FIT have, however, it's a lot less expensive and more convenient. I liked living close to campus and not having a long commute. I also enjoyed the small class sizes and the option to take courses online. Overall, it was a very affordable and convenient degree to obtain. It also opened a lot of doors career wise and graduate school wise."

"Admission requirements into their nursing program is ridiculous, they only look at reading. Denied me even with high grades, a solid GPA, and a 89% in science and a 85% in mathematics on my TEAS. They accept people not prepared for nursing all the time. Their advisors don't know what they are doing, and they constantly changed the prerequisites for nursing every semester. They also made it super hard to get my AA by not applying high level sciences towards it when I shouldn't have needed my other low level classes to graduate with my AA. Thanks for wasting 3 years of my life."

"This school has professors that genuinely care about their students. There are exceptions just like any other school. There is ample opportunity for students to succeed. In the library there are tutors. you have to make an appointment but it is really helpful! There is even a librarian that you can make appointments with to assist you with writing papers. I graduated with my general associates and am returning to obtain another degree. It stays clean and students there are from every background. The cost per credit hour is fair enough."

"Completely unoragnized, too many students, Learning is hard when the faculty is overwhelmed and changes ae constanly happening. They need to lose their accreditation. OSHA OR SACS OR AECN needs to inspect !!!!! The program is running into the ground."

"Worst school in the area Associate Provost is just as useless as the ground the school is built on the draft and design department is not worth the tuition period Patrick Robinson the head instructor is delusional and not fit to instruct this whole school just needs to be shut down they only want your money and they screw over veterans do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of."

"This program is a dreadful nightmare. Take it from someone who entered the program with a 3.8 and graduated. I don't have a reason to speak untruthfully. If you want a nursing program where teacher reply to your emails with "not my problem," and where the teachers call the student ignorant in mass emails and discuss your personal emails with other students and staff, then this is the place for you! It was a nightmare. I will continue to have nightmares for years to come from this program. I feel bad for the good professors who actually care about the students and try to help them, they deserve a better work place than what is presented by this program. Half of the time you go to class, you will be told the night pior what time you need to be there. I have proof of all of this; pictures of conversations, etc. Please, take your money elsewhere and put it in the hand of a well established, professional program. This nursing program will surely lose accreditation in the near future. Otherwise, I did enjoy many classes at EFSC. Don't let the nursing program be a representation of the college as a whole. Just don't go near the nursing program."

"Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) was a good school, especially for just recently becoming a four year college. It's a little lackluster in some areas, such as anything having to do with a writing or English affiliated degree, but overall pretty extensive for still being in the process of expanding. Hopefully they will add more classes in the years to come. The sports at EFSC are great - especially the soccer team - and the school's wonderful diversity of students most likely due to it's recent history of being a community college. There are people of all different kinds attending EFSC, so it's never hard to find someone with the same interests as you, and the clubs are very enjoyable with a lot of active members in each. At Eastern Florida State College you have the option to simply get your education and not participate in clubs and/or social events, or you can live the full college experience (granted, without on-campus living)."

"I would have graduated with this degree if they hadn't canceled the program, now I'm stuck having to find a new degree and thinking of changing colleges . The staff don't care about you and financial aid is a joke, the ONLY perk is the professors. This school is only for kids who's parents can afford to send them to college. Their the only ones that don't seem to see anything wrong with it."
