"amazing school thar is simply an underrated gem. the campus is improving, the area(harrisburg, lancaster) are growing more cosmopolitian giving students more and more to do off-campus. the only knock on elizabethtown is a smallish endowment versus other mid atlantic liberal arts school thus limited scholarship, campus investment, faculty research, etc. the school is one or two 10-15 million dollar gifts from becoming quite the place."

"I absolutely loved my education at Elizabethtown College. The class sizes are small, providing each student with one-on-one attention. The community is great, the academics are masterful. I would highly recommend this institution to anyone who wishes to attend a private college."

With over 50 different majors, and even more minors and concentrations, Elizabethtown College allows students to explore their own potential through their academic, athletic, and social experiences. Elizabethtown College is situated in the charming location of buggies and bonnets, but is a true undiscovered treasure."

"Great private school in a small college town. Offers dozens of unique majors and minors with the small school feel. Founded in Christian denomination, the same values remain without students having to ascribe to that religion. Amazing study abroad opportunities and clubs and organizations. Supportive faculty and friendly staff."

"I felt that I received an extremely well-rounded degree at Elizabethtown College as I was pursuing my degree in occupational therapy. The college offered a variety of courses that one could sculpt into a minor in order to refine our educational interests. I was able to complete two minors which were in Human Services and Psychology and I feel that the classes involved in these minors served to supplement my education and will make me a better practitioner. Furthermore, in completing these minors, I gained a sense of control over my education, which is a contrast to other programs which may have very rigid schedules for their students and not allow the kind of flexibility Elizabethtown College employed. This feeling of control was also motivating, as I was able to select the classes in which I was most interested. I also felt that the faculty truly cared for the students' education and were always readily available to assist with anything that we needed help with. They were encouraging and pushed us to our limits. They took a personal interest into preparing us for the "real world" and ensuring our success. With their support, I completed a research project that turned into a greater endeavor than I could have possibly imagined upon accepting the challenge. At Elizabethtown, I gained the confidence and skills necessary for a degree in healthcare and I will always remember to whom I owe the credit of my success."
