The contracts for this are a bit misleading and I highly suggest anyone feeling as if they were scammed should contact the Florida State Attorney General's Office and email the following to get paperwork started that you will need a notary for: 'attorney.general@myfloridalegal.com'; Priscilla Roberts Priscilla.Roberts@myfloridalegal.com. I spoke with Priscilla on the phone and explained my issues with this school. Priscilla Roberts Assistant Attorney General Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division The Capitol, PL-01 Tallahassee, FL 32399-1050 Tel. (850)414-3300 Fax (850)488-4483 I was quoted on paper a price, I then signed a contract for a different price and because the prospective student had to whip out a calculator and multiply credits on the APPLICATION, I am stuck with a bill of almost 30K when I was quoted 12K for 3 years on paper. I never once signed any award letters they are required to send. They sent them all to me per my request which I have yet to sign. This is the form that states how much in grants one receives. The headquarters of this corporate company is CCI in Santa Ana, California. I had an open dispute with the company and they failed to perform in any manner that is beneficial to the consumer. They through the application in my face as acceptance to 40K. Usually when you buy something for 40K the person signing the document is fully aware and is not having to do math. It should be clear and plain and simple. Rosalie Fernandez at Everest University Online in Florida certainly told me and made me believe this was so good. She rushed me to sign the paperwork so that I wouldn't miss orientation next week....??? Online can't they have orientation everyday, its electronic....? hmmm? If you are rushed to sign something and have to do math to figure out your costs then you shouldn't try this school. They are under investigation as well as a lot of online schools. I can't see how an online education costs more than going in physically to a University in which I now work in. I never received my degree and I can't get a car loan or other loans due to the student loans I have yet to make any payments on. Why on earth would the school mandate I pay them every month when FASFA is involved. I would pay them and then receive a check for credit because the Federal Government paid them. So why on earth would I pay too. What is the reason for that task, too much labor, time and money involved when they mandate you pay every month and then a circle of psychosis starts with spending money on cutting checks for reimbursement. I am currently seeking an institution that will take the credits I have received, but figuring how this is under investigation, how are any of the credits we have valid and confirmed until the investigation and case is closed. And here we are required to pay especially after the forebearance is up. Everest strategically changed the way the professors were allowed to communicate assignments and the expectations for those assignments. I was very well versed in the expectations of each class and each assignment, until I hit one of my classes. I learned the professor was limited on clarifying assignments and what is written online doesn't match her personal expectations, I failed her class and so did many others, I have to pay for that class. I have passed all my classes with A's and I fail 1 when they change rules on how they can communicate with the students. I have this documented in emails and still when presenting my issue to the school they were unwillingly to assist in my success. Since then I have dropped them. They are not in the business for success and to assist with it. They are in the business to make money and they are getting away with it. While us single mothers struggle more to make ends meet.

I have been enrolled in Everest University for one year. I called the other day to inquire about my financial aid and was told that my major was no longer being taught at this university. I was already dropped from classes when I called, but, had completed work in my classes the previous day!!!!!!!! What a waste of time!!!!!! Never, ever, ever attend here!!!!!

Huge scam for your money ! This "school" seems to think they are Harvard when it comes to money. Their list of prices are a lie. I am $10,000 in debt for 3 semesters. 3!!!! I keep paying on a payment plan yet I get nothing in the mail about my physical payments or balance and it seems to stay at $10 grand. I guess I should also note that I have a grant meaning I don't t have to pay back, well guess what I do. fafsa is a joke ! Everest is a joke ! Spare your bank account, credit, and first born child, and go to a real college.

I recently graduated from Everest University in October 2013, with an Associate in the Paralegal Studies Program. I had a pretty good experience with all of the departments, basically smooth sailing. I am now enrolled with the Bachelor's Degree Program in the same program and have caught so much flick in the Financial Aid Department. I decided weeks before the end of the term that I did NOT want to drop that I wanted to continue at the school because I was going through personal things and that I would have to drop. When it came time to start a new term I had No classes at the start of the term due to the fact they drop me anyways after the request not to and now it is an issue with my FA. I had talked with someone about my FA, classes were suppose to be there and nothing was done. I have been going through so much and I am just to my point with the school. Can anyone help me who has had this problem???

I am presently in the 3rd semester of my second year. I am proud to say that I have maintained a 3.0 to 3.69 average. The problem is that I needed financial aid to assist me in my endeavors. In the time I have only received three checks, the amount was $512.00 in each check. I asked the financial aid office for an explanation of the disbursement, and I have never been able to get one. Other students have the same complaint.

I had hands on training on how to do the work. However, there are programs that help students to stay motivated in achieving their goals. I was excited to go to this school and I have earned my Associate's degree. In addition, I am soon pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Science- Business Administration. It is an amazing college for me and I think it would be for others.

I did an online chat with a representive and told them I wanted to be contacted via e-mail with no phone calls. They said that was fine so I gave them my e-mail address and waited for a couple of days to hear from someone, no one ever contacted me so I did another live chat and specifically asked them if they could contact me via e-mail that said that it was no problem. I had let the person know that I had to end the chat session early but still sent them my e-mail address and know ever contacted me and that was over two weeks ago. How unprofessional can you be? If it was a problem to receive information via e-mail they should have to told me. I stopped trying to get any information from them and I'm looking else where.
