The evening vocational nursing program that I attended was overall, a good experience. Most of the instructors were outstanding with a couple not meeting student expectations. The enrollment counselors are friendly and good at what they do. Financial aid might be good for some. The financial aid rep. That I had, was unprofessional, lacked follow up and follow through. The job placement dept. seems to be a waste of Kaplan's budget. I personally received one call from this dept. and have yet to work with my current license. Focusing strictly on the nursing dept. I would say that I did get a quality education with an incredible amount of support from nursing staff. If you can get past the early steps of enrollment, I would highly recommend Kaplan's nursing program.
