Degree: Accounting and Business/Management
Graduation Year: 2010

Liars , cheaters and scammers. My original loan balance after leaving school was roughly $90K , I currently have it down to about $78K right now. Keiser Universities Financial Student Aid department as well as their Curriculum department responsible for diplomas and what classes that are needed to be taken in order to graduate are looking to do anything and everything they can do take your money and bury you in debt. How is it even possible that over 4 years, never did I receive financial Aid or Grants that I applied for ? How is it possible that I have over $90K worth of student loan debt. for an accounting degree - in which I am currently working in Sales because no actual accounting firm wants to hire me because I am a Keiser University Graduate. cant tell you how many times , I would get phone calls for the bursars office demanding I pay my semester fees, or how many times Financial Aid would tell me not to worry about my student loans , that I should just Max out my credit cards or that I am in good hands with Sallie Mae. Currently with a 6.5% interest rate, never in my life time am I going to be able to pay these ridiculous fees and interest. By the time I am 55, I will still have over $50K worth of student loans and would have paid $221,000 in student loan debt plus interest over the life time of my loan. My life is at a complete stand still because of how Keiser University treated me and other students. Classes were added onto my schedule that I did not need to graduate. I was in my 4th year and half way thru I realize that I had classes added to my schedule list that I was told I would need to graduate when in fact I did not . When it was time to graduate with all my credits and classes I was told I do not qualify . It took me 3 months to get my Diploma after I finally proved to them that I had taken all the classes needed to receive my BA in accounting . How does something like this even happen ??? My Advice, you have options, other better options, do not fall into the same trap as the other Alumni's of Keiser University, do not go down the same path I did to have to have a life time of Student Loan debt, where you can never buy a house, where you can never be out of debt, where when you die your student loans will come with you . Also any of the positive reviews on the site , are more than likely fake and created by Keiser Universities IT department. I have never met a single graduate or person that has attended or graduated from Keiser and are thrilled with the outcome and end result & that includes my own sister. Who never, never , never was able to get hired or find an Ultra Sound position because her main school reference was Keiser University . No one who runs a successful business wants or needs Keiser university graduates. Do a simple Google search and see how many litigations over the last 4-6 years the Department of education and others have thrown at Keiser, I am up hauled that they are still in business, But I guess when you are worth Millions if not Billions like Mr. Keiser is , you can hire the best of the best lawyers to prove your case and continue on scamming ppl out of their money they do not even have yet , and when they do have that money it doesn't even belong to them , it belongs to Kesier. ... One last thing, I read someone else's response in regards to how they find it funny when people say you go To Keiser University to pay Thousands of dollars for a degree. Well I got news for you that is exactly what you are doing , because a Donkey a pass any one of their in school or online classes, it is a Joke. And yes I attended both in school classes and online classes.

Degree: Medical Assistant
Graduation Year: 2015

Do not waste your time with this school. I ignored all the tale tell signs that something was off. They take no responsibility for their actions and will continue to mess things up and then blame it all on you. Financial Aid department is a joke. They will contentiously mess your things up, never tell you, and then block you out of your classes. No one helps you to know what is going on and they blame you for an "attendance issue". Which then can result in you being kicked out of the program all together. How you can be blamed for attendance when you're doing nothing but trying to regain access to your classes is beyond me. The first time it happened to me I talked to everyone I could and did everything they said to do until my access was regained. All of my friends and family told me that it was a hoax but I gave the school the benefit of the doubt and stayed enrolled. Whenever I regained access I had missed almost 3 weeks of work and my professor only gave me 2 days to do 3 weeks worth of work and in a medical class, that's excessive. Needless to say, I was exhausted but I got it all done and had an A in the class. Barely a week later I was kicked out of my class again! Once again, with no warning or notice. I immediately started calling people, once again with no help. I finally had my last straw whenever I got an email saying that my "attendance issue" was being reviewed to see if I should be kicked out of the program or not. Ridiculous! I immediately responded giving them a piece of my mind and telling them I was going to withdraw. They also are expecting me to pay all of my financial aid back for an education I didn't even receive. I wouldn't recommend this "university" to my worst enemy. Moral of the story is, trust your gut instinct and research a school before you enroll!

Degree: Paralegal
Graduation Year: 2008

If you go to this College good luck transferring your credits to a well established University. Not only will you be in debt but your credits will not transfer to FSU, UCF, USF or other established schools. They will only transfer to garbage private schools like Everest. Go to a community college instead. You will save money and plus most of them have agreements with the Universities to automatically accept you after you finish the community college.

Degree: Occupational Therapist Assistant
Graduation Year: 2015

Unfortunately, I had to drop out of this school it's beyond expensive and it's not worth the money. And I ended up paying over thousand dollars for dropping out. Let me start by saying keiser is nothing but trying to make money and keep the student in debt. It's just terrible to see all they care about is mone nothing else. Overall I had a very bad experience, and I will never ever go back to that school again. I'll rather work harder at a community college than ended up in debt for no reasons. Keiser sucks I hope whoever read my review learn something from it don't waste your money in this school. It's just terrible! And I hope one day this school will close forever.

Degree: Medical Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiation Therapist
Graduation Year: 2015

Do not waste your money on a degree from this school. There are no Radiation Therapy jobs in the state of Florida. Radiologic tech jobs are usually only PRN or part-time. Kaiser is a rip-off. I have graduated with a degree that is useless. If you thought Corinthians College was bad, then Kaiser is worse

Degree: Liberal Arts
Graduation Year: 2014

After going to this college for almost 2 years I ended up not being to graduate, because they miscalculated my classes and I had one more class to take and because it's one class they cannot provide financial aid. Its terrible we go to school to better ourselves to get a career and yet because of an error made by the school a student is left with student loans and no way to graduate because of a lack of financial aid. Thank you KEISER for NOTHING

I am a new student to Keiser and I'm second guessing this choice. I've been mis-informed multiple times and several things have fallen thru the cracks during my admission process. Professionalism? I'm sure about that because I expect efficiency from professionals. My experience so far leaves me unwilling to recommend Keiser to anyone or even admit that I'm a student of theirs. I hope things improve but I suspect that's not likely.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2013

I am writing this review because I honestly do not wish any student to experience the same as I did, this school is a joke. All they care is about getting paid and nothing else.

Everyday they would take a student out of the classroom to go meet with financial aid and each time they interrupted the class. Another issue is that since they are in love with your money, the quality of everything is poor. The last thing they did to me was that after my fafsa grant arrived 2 months prior they decided to keep the money because I decided to withdraw from their classes and not continue into the next semester.

One months to learn a class is not enough, you end up forgetting everything by the time you are halfway through the following class. Please do not waste your time and money and find a more decent school, there are ways that you can make it without having to deal with this kind of people. Thanks and have a great day.

Degree: Nursing

The program and school itself is accredited but what an associates in nursing will cost you from Keiser University versus at a community college or even another university is 2.5 TIMES the amount per semester.

They try to make the admissions process seem exclusive and like a "challenge" to lure you in and have you take the TEAS before you have even attended any prereqs when most programs require you to take them AFTER. There is a reason why this school has bad reviews. Unless you are completely ignorant and/or oblivious, beware.

Degree: Massage Therapy
Graduation Year: 2012

Please look around at local community colleges or county tech schools. I am strapped with a huge student loan...it is not worth it.
