Graduation Year: 2017

What brought me to Manhattanville was the small, beautiful campus and the small classrooms. Professors know you by name and make time for you if you need help, and are also highly qualified. White Plains, Manhattan, and Connecticut are right at the student's fingertips; the campus offers free transportation throughout White Plains and to the city. I love that the campus is a tight-knit community where I have hundreds of resources available to me as a student, free of cost.

Degree: Marketing - Digital Marketing
Graduation Year: 2019

The staff and teachers at Manhattanville really cares about you and how well you are doing. This is good for students because this means that whenever they are in doubt or need help with something, they will always be there to help. Some other colleges are so big that it is hard for teachers to even know your name, here this is not a problem, teachers are even friendly with you and nice to talk to. The class size average is 20-30 students which is pretty good as you get to know your peers and make friends easily.

Degree: Communications (Journalism & Media)
Graduation Year: 2018

Personally, love this school. From, the professors to the close commute to the city, this college has everything I need. I have done my fair share of college shopping, and no college felt more open and welcoming. The communications program which I am majoring in has internships and major based classes that will help you acquire skills both on and off-campus. If I had a do-over for picking my college process, I would choose Manhattanville again and again.

Degree: Secondary Education and Teaching
Graduation Year: 1988

When I won the Challenger Teacher Fellowship, I was provided a list of NYS Colleges at which I could use the Fellowship. I immediately picked Manhattanville for its location in a suburban area, easily accessible to all metropolitan areas and the small class sizes I knew I would enjoy. The faculty is completely committed to student success and the attention and advocacy I received was superlative.

Graduation Year: 1988

Manhattanville College was one of the few colleges approved for the Teacher Challenger Fellowship I won to earn my Masters Degree in Science Education. I found the classes interesting, the professors engaged and caring and the campus lovely! I commuted to Manhattanville and was able to secure a PAID student teaching assignment so I was acutally hired as a teacher while still earning my Masters! My supervising professor was a great advocate and very supportive as well.

Degree: Communication and Media Studies, Other
Graduation Year: 2016

The staff and professors at Manhattanville care about the students and their success. Professors are easy to contact and see for extra help. The Center for Career Development on-campus is extremely helpful with resume building, internships searches and job searching. The classes are small, the average class size being 15 students and the largest 30, making the classes very engaging and discussion based. There are lots of opportunities to grow upon your major and being 30 minutes from NYC it offers even more opportunities. It is extremely easy to get involved on campus and there are always lots of events including career/job related events.
