"I think the college has a good reputation but it is expensive and not very challenging."

"Manhattanville College primarily attracted me for its beauty and generous financial aid. The old castle sits right in the middle of campus and is followed by a long green quad where students lounge and play games during the summer. The student body is also very diverse, having a large presence of international students. You often hear different languages being spoken when walking around campus. Manhattanville is also very generous with its scholarships. I received almost a full scholarship, and a lot of friends also received scholarships."

"Manhattanville College offers an intimate and diverse college experience. You'll notice right away the student to teacher ratio, the 1:1 regular meetings with your adviser, and the access students have to faculty. Manhattanville's strongest quality is the amount of time and appreciation they give to their students. One of the qualities that drew me most was their commitment to community service. I was an avid volunteer throughout high school and was extremely interested in pursuing that value in college. Not only do they offer financial aid to those who share that passion, but the Deutschene Center offers all the students the opportunity to volunteer and give back to the community. It inspired me to continue public service after college and has been instrumental in my career. Manhattanville gives students the opportunity to be well-rounded and ready for post-graduate careers. If you value being addressed as an individual, giving back, and having a diverse campus, Manhattanville can offer that."

"Manhattanville College has a beautifully small campus. The small campus and classroom size allows students to have personal connections with their professors. The small school environment and supportive professors are exactly why I went to Manhattanville. With these small class sizes you are not just a name on an attendance sheet, but a person who your professor knows. At Manhattanville they not only care about the educationally success of the students, but also the emotional and mental success of their students as well."

"The professors are wonderful. The classes are small. I did a certificate and it was in cohort style so we were together for almost 2 years. I loved it."

"The career experience I received while attending Manhattanville greatly impacted how prepared I was for grad school. Any college is what you make of it, but at Manhattanville there are so many resources at your disposable to utilize. The professors are great along with the work experience you can receive on campus as well."

"Personally, love this school. From, the professors to the close commute to the city, this college has everything I need. I have done my fair share of college shopping, and no college felt more open and welcoming. The communications program which I am majoring in has internships and major based classes that will help you acquire skills both on and off-campus. If I had a do-over for picking my college process, I would choose Manhattanville again and again."

"When I won the Challenger Teacher Fellowship, I was provided a list of NYS Colleges at which I could use the Fellowship. I immediately picked Manhattanville for its location in a suburban area, easily accessible to all metropolitan areas and the small class sizes I knew I would enjoy. The faculty is completely committed to student success and the attention and advocacy I received was superlative."

"I'm just beginning my graduate program here and so far the professors and advisors are extremely helpful. The one huge con is the cost. It is extremely expensive."

"The Prons of my graduate study are the following: 1)There is an academic competitiveness among my classmates to accomplish a goal 2)A lot of career opportunities available through campus Jobs Fair especially within my area study. 3) Tremendous amount of work load, that makes it difficult to spare a free time. The following are the Cons of my graduate study: 1)The high cost of tuition, and my inability to cope with the payment. 2) The Inflexibility of financial aid award 3) Inaccessibility of financial alternatives to pursue my graduate study"

"The staff and professors at Manhattanville care about the students and their success. Professors are easy to contact and see for extra help. The Center for Career Development on-campus is extremely helpful with resume building, internships searches and job searching. The classes are small, the average class size being 15 students and the largest 30, making the classes very engaging and discussion based. There are lots of opportunities to grow upon your major and being 30 minutes from NYC it offers even more opportunities. It is extremely easy to get involved on campus and there are always lots of events including career/job related events."

"Manhattanville College has many resources for Grad Students to use to help them with their class schedule and many options for taking classes to fit into their busy schedule. The only con I find is that I would like it if they had class options on Fridays."

"Manhattanville is a very competitive and academically rigorus school. The classes are small and the professors are awesome. They are always accessible when you need them. The only major drawback is the cost of tuition. in comparison to other school in the area, Mville is almost 2x as costly. However, I feel like I will be fully capable to ener the work field upon graduation"

"The graduate program and Manhattanville is AMAZING. Class size is great, professors are great, and the schedule is very flexible. However the cost of classes are VERY HIGH. This has hindered my ability to finish in a timely manner."

"I love the small classes, it really gives students an opportunity to build stronger relationships with their professors, program directors, and class mates. The only con I find with the program is the limited available core classes, I wish there were more."
