Marian University - Wisconsin Reviews
Student & Graduate Reviews (1)
If you are an adult returning student or graduate student...RUN FAST AND RUN FAR!! This university has decided that adult students should be treated no differently from traditional students, most of whom are recruited from the ranks of those who are unable to get accepted anywhere else. While the adjunct faculty are recruited from professionals active in their disciplines, they are subject to the curriculum restrictions imposed by the traditional faculty. The traditional faculty reside in an oxbow lake of outdated teaching modalities. A great number of them have a severe chip on their shoulders about ending up in a backwater like Fond du Lac. The shame of it is--- left to the Sisters of Saint Agnes who founded the College, the institution should have thrived had it remained focused on it's strengths in instruction in nursing and education.
