"Worst college to attend in South Florida. Please look elsewhere especially if you’re trying to gain serious experience in your career. This campus is funded for no reason. Offices is filled with disrespectful and lazy workers. Janitors are more nice and caring than financial aid, bursar office, student center, etc. trust this review!"

"I can’t even express how much dissatisfaction I feel with this school. I have never had such bad experiences continuously in a school. No one knows what they are doing! You call and they either hang up on you or transfer you to the next person multiple times. Advisors?! What advisors?! They don’t help you in anyway. It’s you .. on your own. No communication, no direction. I was literally trying to get into medical coding for months. I have sent emails and called so many times and each time I end up more confused than before. I was thrown into the course last minute without knowing anything about the system and because of this I have missed discussions, chats and a zero on an assignment and I still do not know what to do. The teachers are emailed and they don’t answer or care to help. Horrible, horrible, horrible! I will be transferring to another school where they actually care about your success. People do not waste your time coming here. It’s so disappointing and sad that MDC is my community college. MDC SETS YOU UP FOR FAILURE!!!!!"

"I was told by MDC admission staff that according to the college new policy a TPS holder would never be qualified as a Florida in-state resident. Moreover, all other immigration statuses are accepted except TPS status. I don't get why TPS holders are being discriminated. Congress created TPS in the immigration Act of 1990. Tps status is legitimate and we should be treated fairly like everybody else! Furthermore, nobody else from other offices bothered to listen to my complaints. Not even the Dean. I feel like the college is trying to rip the TPS holders during the COVID-19."

"Miami Dade College does nothing more but promote the importance of the expansion of your knowledge! From the professor's life long lessons to the great outdoors of this wonderful campus (Kendall- Campus), is something to truly be thankful for. The acceptance of different cultures, ages, and races is what I admire most. I appreciate the ambition that students provide to one another when they begin to feel like they have hit rock bottom, I will never regret my decision in attending this magnificent college."

"Miami Dade College is one of the greatest community colleges in the country. Going to school there was a pleasure with the latest equipment they have and the cost which was really reduced. I would definitely recommend this institution to any fresh out of High school student before tackling universities."

"Miami Dade college is the one school that has been there for most. I have been grateful for the journey I have gone through, with the dedicated professors, low costs, and inspirational moments that helped me gather ambition to succeed. Due to Miami Dade I have been able to earn an associates in arts and I am now working towards my bachelors of architecture. I love my school with the good and the bad."

"The Miami Dade College is a great college specialty for the minorities. It taught me that I do matter regardless of age, race and financial background. They are always willing to help you move forward. The MDC is a great place for a great start in life."

"My program of study: Mass Communications was great; I loved each and every course. I felt the program is good in giving you a taste of what is in store and preparing you to be successful towards getting a Bachelor's. I have transferred to FIU now and I feel that MDC prepared me well."

"I went to Miami Dade college Kendall campus like three or four times because I had general questions about PTA program or OTA program. First of all the visitor's parking space is a nightmare. I was waiting there for almost two hours to see a counselor. The OTA program they don't have it and the PTA program has a waiting list more than two years waiting. Then they make you to take several classes that I personally know more than 3 students that have been there forever and they don't even have an associate. The day I went to take them my documents to start registration process , it was a complete disaster, nobody guide you ..my experience there was horrible..."

"Miami-Dade College was a surprisingly good experience. I say surprisingly because going into a community college, I had low expectations of the level of academics I was going to find. However the college held its own with stimulating teachers and an an environment that makes you feel like you belong. It did not feel like a "community college," instead it felt like a place to get work done and a stepping stone into your career. Miami Dade college is a great experience, you do need to work hard, and stay on top of the day to day action there but it can be done and it will better your life."

"Mdc is the best school to go to earn your degree whether you go to mdc, fiu,Um except do not go to private school like keiser, florida international does schools you see on tv which is a total bull. Go to this school were you get a real education this is the best school. The classes don't cost much and financial aid is there to help you ,homestead and kendall are the best campus there. Make sure when you pick your classes to go to rate my professor because that helps a lot good luck guys."

"My college is Miami Dade College and I am currently studying to be a Hospitality administrator. My area of study is all about working with people. Making people happy, bringing smiles and joy to the public, providing a wonderful experience to any and every guest. I love my degree program, I learn new things each and every day and the bright side of it all is that this field will provide me with insight and as much information as possible because in this area of work, there's always a job. I love Hospitality! I love making people smile and being able to make a good and decent living off of it. I am grateful and will always be grateful to MDC for providing me, a low income student from Cuba the opportunity to study in an institution that believes education is key and opportunity is golden. With the proper tools that I am given on campus I intend to take on the world with my chin up and head on strong for I know that opportunity awaits and I'm ready for it. I love my school!"
