Degree: Early Childhood Education
Graduation Year: 2014

Missouri State was the perfect fit for me! Everything from academics, extra curricular activities, job opportunities to my social life. I had no problem finding activities and people that interested me. The professors and academic advisors in my discipline had open door policies and I always felt supported.

Missouri State University is a great college to attend. I had a great experience, made lots of friends and as an international student you get help anywhere you go.

Degree: Fitness Trainer
Graduation Year: 2012

I enjoyed what my time in school mostly. My department was generally good. The biggest thing is like all universities they care more about taking your money then anything else. So many of the classes that are required are a waste of time and money. I received a degree in a science field but half my time in school I was taking more classes on stupid worthless subjects like theater or religion. It won't happen schools make to much one off it but students should only take classes directly related to the degree and the purpose of the education should be to prepare a person for a job in the choose field

Degree: Fashion
Graduation Year: 2007

I attend Missouri State University from 2004 to 2007. The fashion program was a great experience with staff that has relatable experience in the industry. The experiences that the program offered, trips to industry cities and overseas, were well planned and very influential on internships and future jobs. I would not say that this program is well known in the industry, but I felt that I was well prepared and given realistic experience during my time there.

Great programs in education, business, agriculture, and music. Horrible English Dept.

Degree: Social Work
Graduation Year: 2012

I enjoyed my time at MSU and I enjoyed the BSW program. The professors make you work and reach outside of your comfort zone by volunteering with organizations that you might not otherwise volunteer with.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2012

I enjoyed the MBA program, there was a ton of group work, and a ton of international students. Most of the classes are heavily focused on major group projects. Great for learning to work with and manage teams, but there are sometimes issues with attempted free-riding. Professors are glad to help and willing to talk with you more outside of class.

Degree: Creative Writing
Graduation Year: 2013

I loved it. Most wouldn't call my degree (creative writing) very useful, but being able to write opened several doors for me. I loved my experience in college. It taught me to think and ask questions.

Degree: English Language and Literature, General
Graduation Year: 2005

I loved it there! The city and campus has grown a lot since then. The downtown area is great, with local bars and restaurants.
