Degree: Human Biology
Graduation Year: 2015

NC State University provided me with a great education that has adequately prepared me to pursue my graduate degree. Studying science can be challenging, but the network of students, professors and TAs willing to help you succeed is amazing. Although the biology program is rigorous, it taught me how to study and manage my time. I am proud to say that I completed my degree Magna Cum Laude and I am pursuing my Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. NC State helped shape me into an intelligent member of society and a competitive applicant for programs.

Degree: Industrial and Product Design
Graduation Year: 2017

I think this is a program that needs revision. While I feel good with the place I am at and have been provided opportunities for internships, I believe that the program needs to work out a few things. I feel as though I would need another year to be fully prepared for a career.

Degree: Social Work
Graduation Year: 2017

I loved NC State. Social Work is a tiny department in the school, but I feel like I learned a lot from the professors. Considering this is not a liberal arts school, the department is incredible. It has prepared me for graduate school next year for my MSW.

My 4 years at NC State have been wonderful. I feel like I got the preparation that needed for the next chapter of my life. I'm grateful for all the opportunities and memories that this place gave me and I can't thank the professors enough for helping me develop the professional that I am today.

Degree: Economics
Graduation Year: 2015

The degree program I chose was interesting and challenging, and the majority of my professors were good. I would have liked more support and advise in the first year when deciding my degree program and also more encouragement to explore different schools if thought and new ideas within my degree program.

Degree: Architecture
Graduation Year: 2016

The architecture program is especially tough here. It is definitely worth it though. Also, the general NCSU campus is a fun place to get an education. The food on campus is pretty good, and there are always student and university run events going on.

Degree: Art & Design
Graduation Year: 2016

NC State, is one of the most innovative institutions in the world. I believe it offers the best preparation for its students in order to be prepared for the next step in life. Apart for its extraordinary education, the atmosphere surrounding the student with the sport culture keeps a young spirit for students and provides a great college experience.

Degree: Political Science
Graduation Year: 2015

Brilliant program with lots of support and a varied curriculum. Always extra support available with the majority of engaging professors available on hand for out of hours help. As well as the classes, NC state offered extra curriculum activities relevant to my degree.

Degree: Environmental Design/Architecture
Graduation Year: 2016

After doing my undergrad career in Environmental Design at NC States College of Design I have been able to experience the positive academic atmosphere, the interaction with other students from the design community, the challenges, the inspiration and motivation that the environment creates everyday coming from my fellow classmates in order to become better in what we do. It gave me the very interesting and enriching opportunity of studying abroad to enrich my global awareness by studying at the Prague Institute in Czech Republic, the courses that Ive been taking, my mentors and professors have contributed to my way of thinking and have helped me in defining who I want to be as a designer and what I want to do with my knowledge so I decided to keep moving forward towards becoming a licensed architect; the foundation of many other dreams. Im convinced that this program is one of the bests in the country and the rigorous admission process guarantees the quality of the college and its students.
