Attending the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University was the best choice I've ever made. Not only did my classes prepare me for a career in media, I made friends and memories that will last a lifetime.
Ohio University is a great school for a quality education!
Staff are great and helpful. I learned a lot and am proud of my work here. However, the job market can be sort of hard coming out of here because it's kind of isolated.
OU is a great school. The faculty go above and beyond to help students. They are understanding when personal issues arise, and will work with you. The campus is amazing. I miss living on campus, because everything was accessible - anything I needed was right there, or within walking distance. Student life is also a big deal at OU. There are many of social groups to join and many opportunities to become a part of the student life on campus. I was part of the Green Bobcats when I was at the branch campus, then I joined Hall Counsel when I moved into the dorms. OU is affordable. Paying for college is the largest deal-maker or breaker for most students. OU will work with students to help pay for college. Overall, it is a great college. So good, in fact, I decided to attend OU for my Master's program this year.
This is a great university. High quality education. Exceptional place to spend your college years. You will be well prepared for your future.
OU is a great school. It is affordable, and the professors are willing to work with the students. The Soc-Crim program makes sociology students more employable, and it provides students with much experience in research methods. I feel that more people should sign up for the Soc-Crim program, because it provides more of an insight to the world. In order to view society more clearly, sociology is the way to go.
