I loved going to school in Corvallis. Nice small town, mostly college students, but close enough to major cities. Small class sizes where professors actually care how you do.
This is a great school! The teachers are great, willing to help when you need it.
Great college with a very committed faculty in the CEM program that cared about my career success and how to achieve it through schooling.
Oregon State is located in Corvallis, Oregon--a little more than an hour south of Portland. It's a small town, but there are tons of things to do. The food is amazing, the people are laid back, and the campus is beautiful. Oregon State is most known for its agriculture and engineering programs. They've done a lot of work in the area of sustainability. They also offer strong Liberal Arts classes.
The campus is great, and there's a heavy focus on the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics programs.
It was a great school for engineers and science students, not so much students interested in the arts.
Decent, large public school that has a smaller college feel.
OSU is a great college to attend for any engineering discipline. The curriculum fully prepares you for a career in the field of engineering. OSU has a great campus and student life is full of fun.
I regard my time at Oregon State as some of the best years of my life. The overall experience was fantastic and I felt I was legitimately prepared for the real world upon graduation. Go Beavs!
Great campus and great place to learn. College town for sure.
