"This is a very disappointing experience. I had two parents that both went here. This school is not what it used to be. They used to take interest in the students and help them. Now, I have actually been set back academically. If you are a hard working and capable student, do not go here. They methods of communication are completely ineffective. You will be sent in circles just like a state university for the price of 2 to 3x more than a state university. On top of this, they will lie to you and say they had nothing to do with the basic trust lost between student and university. Air on the side of self preservation and find a different school. Who ever is in charge of each department and a school as a whole is ruining the school reputation. I could write more, but I do not see a point. I am surprised this school has reviews over 3 stars. Do not go here. This is a sincere review to try to help other future students."

"There is a disturbed Professor that makes it difficult for his co-workers and students. Hot tempered, gossips about his colleagues as part of his lectures. (I know Strange) He has a record for purging students from the program. Unusally high purging rate for a very small program. His name is Steve Vensel. Think twice."

"I attended the Orlando campus at Palm Beach Atlantic University, (PBA) and could not have been more pleased with my college experience. Not only did PBA provide a supportive, family-like environment, it afforded me a stellar educational experience and a cutting edge start in the workforce. The counseling field is a flooded market in Central Florida. Yet, I, along with most of my colleagues, were offered paid positions before we graduated in the field of our expertise."

"Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) was a great school to attend. The 60 credit psychology degree required a minor (which there are many to choose from). PBA provided me with a strong foundation of theories that has allowed me to easily adapt to changing circumstances."

"Palm Beach Atlantic prepared me to become a school counselor. The professors were all working in the school system and created instruction and assignments that were applicable to becoming a counselor. The program also prepared me for my state tests. The program is intimate and having professors who actually care about you and your success gave me the encouragement I needed."

"Palm Beach Atlantic University was great for a person looking for a smaller intimate student body. With less students and smaller classes you are able to achieve more one on one time with professors. This school is a private school so some requirements such as attending chapel services or volunteer hours is expected. Honestly these requirements help you meet new people and make connections within the community. My chemistry program was challenging but he professors were a great help with offices hours or hosting a study group session. My overall experience was great because it was everything I was looking for in order to stay focused and achieve my degree."

"Palm Beach Atlantic University offers benefits for certain students. If you are looking to further your education in Christianity and theology, as well as further personal religious growth, than I recommend this school. The Bible and Ministry program professors that I encountered were well educated, wise, and professional. However, this is not the case for most of the other programs offered at Palm Beach Atlantic University. The Music Department was unorganized, constantly fluctuating in professors employed, and lacked clear direction and professionalism. Professors often displayed personal agendas and opinions at the expense of education and professionalism. Requesting assistance through an adviser was almost impossible. I completed my degree with successfully meeting with my adviser only once, though I requested multiple times."

"Palm Beach Atlantic University has helped change my life. As I entered the university, I was going through a lot of personal things. The professors at PBA took the time to not only help me academically but worked with me to help me find my way in my personal life. I am thankful the professors are dedicated not only to academic growth but also to personal development and growth."

"If you're looking for a university that teaches you how to apply the principles learned in courses not only to your work experiences but also to life experiences and incorporates your faith, then Palm Beach Atlantic University is the place for you. Class sizes are small usually averaging 15-20 students in an evening course. Some of the professors are alumni and therefore understand what a student may go through balancing school, family, and a full-time job. The school is also big on giving back to the community and therefore requires community service hours to be performed at a local non-profit agency of your choosing, stretching you to reach out to an agency that you have never worked with before, increasing your knowledge base with other organizations. The student population is very diverse ranging fun various ages, to various races, gender, work and life experiences, and varied faiths. The curriculum is designed to met you wherever you are and increase your knowledge base, strengthen your faith, and succeed on the job and in life. I am a better person and employee for my experience at Palm Beach Atlantic University."

"PBA is an amazing school. The teachers put all their effort and heart into their students. It is very common to see teachers and staff in the Cafeteria eating right along side with students. As a teacher, I was able to make so many connections with present teachers in the county by observing and working along side of them a lot. I will be going back as a graduate student in the fall because I love the school so much. PBA is a family."

"PBA is a small campus. I really liked it in my prerequisite time, but as in many small schools there are big cliques that you don't notice as much when you go to a big school. I enjoyed my experience with the friends I met, but unless you are part of a club called ILT or involved in a sports team you are nobody on that campus. Being a Christian university I thought things would be different, but the teachers still had their favorites they would do anything for and if you didn't kiss butt they didn't know who you were."

"I love the program at PBA. The faculty is very accessible. The cohort is small so we have all gotten to know each other and become close. It has been an incredible experience so far. I am already using the my knowledge I have gained from school. When people here you go to PBA they immediately take notice."

"Entering this school as a transfer Graduate student, I was unsure of what to expect. Thus far, I have been very pleased with my experience throughout the enrollment process. My interactions with faculty and the other students on campus have been very helpful during this transition process, and I feel very comfortable entering into the clinical psychology program."

"Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) is an outstanding graduate program for future Pharmacists. PBA offers pharmacy with faith. As a christian school, we are able to implement servant leadership along with the vital tools that are necessary to be at the top of our class. Palm Beach Atlantic University provides its students with the skills needed to be patient care advocate for our future patients. Class sizes are small and teachers know your names, which is refreshing. At PBA, you are gaining tools that are beneficial in the workplace and in our daily lives. They strive to teach you the importance of understanding the knowledge and being able to implement it effectively. At PBA, you don't just gain a better understanding in your area of study, you gain ways to impact society. The many positives of Palm Beach Atlantic University far outweigh the negatives. The workload can tend to be heavy at times, just like any other graduate program. The location of the school is beautiful but living expenses can be a bit pricey. Overall, Palm Beach Atlantic ingrains in its students the values needed to thrive in all aspects of our lives."

"Palm Beach Atlantic University is a very personal educational experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The school happens to be downtown in West Palm Beach which means that the surrounding area is not as safe as other parts of West Palm Beach but there is lots of transportation available."

"PBA Orlando is a great school for students who work during the day and want to attend classes at night. The Graduate Counseling program is very intensive and the professors are knowledgeable and work in the field. It is a very comprehensive and thorough program and I highly recommend it. The Christian educator component really makes it a unique graduate level learning environment."
