"First I want to say is that you get what you put in to it!! Yes, I do agree with some of the reviews that some of the instructors are inadequate. That needs to be addressed. However, you literally need to work your tail off if you want to succeed. There are actual instructors and administrators that do actually care and want to see you succeed no matter what color you are!!! Stay positive, focused and most importantly stay away from ridiculous drama you will become a nurse."

"Worst ghetto school I’ve ever attended! The administration shuffles around to keep the “provisional licensing agreement “ from being revoked. I’m so mad that I didn’t do my research before I went to the school had I known that 50% of the students don’t even graduate and never pass their boards I would’ve never wasted my money I spent $26,000 at this facility to be told that I didn’t pass their career readiness class what a joke it’s a made up class that they use online preps as their class. I guarantee the person teaching it who hasn’t practiced in a hospital ever and wouldn’t pass this maybe she worked when she was in school but that’s about it. She worked home care in the worst ghetto neighborhoods I could find ! She doesn’t even pronounce the vocabulary, correct she uses the wrong Termanology, and only knows the information from reading it from a PowerPoint! Save yourself time and money go somewhere else. Also, all the reviews that created the stars on the school art from years ago six years ago, in three years ago, they changed hands. It is a money driven Sony building that lost all credentialing from everything else except for the LPN program."

"This school is inefficient, mismanaged and doomed to fail, as are you if you go here. No staff, no support. It is *almost* a scam. You have to ask yourself "Am I ready to teach myself everything I need to know on my own? And be prepared to but the education, sit through it, almost fail because of the instability in the program, then never pass the NCLEX anyway."

"PLEASE save yourself the disappointment. Go somewhere where you will actually LEARN! The administration does NOT care about complaints. They clearly don't care about the safety of others. The department of health needs to be called. Clinical are a joke especially in third term, the "instructors" make up their own rules, you'll fail clinical just by being 15 minutes late. There's three teachers in the zoom call, one of the so called teachers never speaks or teach she just sits there with her camera off. The other two are ghetto, rude, and I believe they truly want you to fail so you can keep paying to take classes over. GO TO LINCOLN TECH & please note that the GOOD reviews are coming from students who attended prism YEARS ago. It's a whole different ball game now."

"I'm at the end of my 1st term. If I could change schools I would. So very disappointed in this school. It has potential, but it seems like the Admins do not care about the students. My GPA doesn't reflect correctly. Trying to email a admin or the DON is useless they don't get back to you. One of my classes has a 99% failure rate and they blame it on the students. NO ITS THE TEACHER! Shes hostile and unbalanced. Despite many emails and phone calls about said teacher from many students, it gets ignored. When a teacher posts on social media that she's actually screwing her students on purpose, then there is a problem. Does the school act on it? NO. Its sad when you're trying to learn and further your career, only to be stressed out and not enjoying your experience. Im embarrassed to even tell people I go to this school. So unprofessional. This school needs to be investigated. If need be, I'll pull all my resources to make sure it is."

"Prism in Cherry Hill NJ can be a better place to learn if they change leadership. The campus director, D.W. (DON), and B.K. (ADON), who are the lead administrators, are not engaged in the students learning especially for the evening program or the wellbeing of the student/staff relationship. They are more concerned to clock out by 4:30p but do not hang around long enough to recognize the needs of the program. Students and staff need to be more proactive in fighting for a good learning environment which can retain quality staff. ACCET and the BON is being lied to because the internal issues of the school are being swept under the rug and school leadership is not being held accountable for such a lacking education program for future nurses. Corporate and HR would rather see a constant turnover of decent staff rather than exam the internal problem in the DON office. There is lots of postings for urgent hire of instructors presently and no consistent qualified staff, even if the new hires fill the void which they have no clue on how to facilitate the course/clinical environment because admin does not make time to properly train them. The adult nursing students are being slighted to gaining a decent education with qualified instructors. Qualified staff that genuinely care about the students are resigning because leadership does not support them in a positive way and are not appreciated. However, the environment at Prism Cherry Hill is toxic, hostile, and unprofessional from the administrators mentioned above. The NCLEX rate for the day and evening programs have dropped because the curriculum and lesson plans are not being evaluated, followed, or revised to meet the needs of the students from start of the beginning term to the last term nor are the students consistently being well informed and equipped about the proper resources for a successful learning environment. When Ms. Twizz was there, she was the go-to person in the evening. She was informative to all the students, a wealth of knowledge, caring, engaging, supportive, a good teacher and mentor, disciplined, approachable, impactful, inspiring, and fair. She was one of few who you definitely learned from, who took time to know all the students and with all the students, who was no-nonsense and ran disciplined classes in which every respected her and she them. Since she left, the environment has been negatively impacted and the environment is out of control because there is no one to relate to, students are not respecting staff and staff do not respect the adult students. Besides, for the amount of money that the program gains and the sacrifices the students survive, the graduation is limited and pathetic. Furthermore, each term students are being pushed through to pass to the next term without remediation or accountability to retain the learning and skills, which these students lack the effort to apply themselves."

"Do not go to this school! The teachers do not care and neither did the DON at the time. There are people who graduated with me and are JUST now passing NCLEX 4 years after the fact. No one of us were prepared. Such a waste of time and money. You’re better off going to a community school. I’m warning you.. do not waste your time or money! Also.. they would not release to my new school a UNOFFICIAL transcript and when my new schools admissions rep called and said legally they have to, they sent it. Oh btw.. nothing transferred either, so don’t expect to finish and transfer credits. It won’t work!"

"Ok, so Im writing as a current student at Prism enrolled in the night program in cherry hill, Im giving my opinion about the night class. I will graduate in 2020. If youre looking for quality education, this is not the school for you. They will literally let anybody off the street into this school. Majority of student are obnoxious, very entitled and its made clear, not serious about the program. Which makes it hard for those who want the education The instructors, out of the 5 teachers I have this term... only 2 teach. The others just give you busy work... so its a lot of self teaching. Its very frustrating. Im trying to stay positive and keep going because I really want to become a nurse, but this school is a joke. Please stay away and go to a community college. Youll thank yourself in the long run Ill review this school again maybe towards the end of my experience...as of now this school gets a negative 1"

"Most bad ratings at Prism come from young, undisciplined students. The course material can be very tough and requires studying daily. Many think because the school is an institute the curriculum will be a 15 month cake-walk. It's not. The instructors have vast backgrounds from diploma nurses to nurse practitioner. This blend of experiences is essential to learning when entering the practical nursing career field. While there are a few areas that can improve at Prism, the overall experience and preparation for the NCLEX is definately worth it."

"Very disatisfied with upper management..and particulary the lack of teaching and lateness of Mrs s. (cherry hill campus). She does not instruct ..just gives busy work with no instruction and doesnt answer questions when asked. This school is pricey and for the money i expect a good teacher and to learn. I went to director twice now and her boss and have recieved no help/remedy. I do not recommend this school at all...they will not help thier students. You pay alot for nothing. Think twice before considering prism in cherry hill nj. Worst teacher ive ever had and management is horrible and will not help"

"Through The school I was able to become an Licensed Practical Nurse, the teachers I had where caring and engaging and knowledgeable. I passed my NECLX the 1st time taking and with in a few days Mr. Jones set up 4 interviews for me and I was working within 2 weeks of me passing. And the follow up was great, to make sure I was ok or to see how I did on my interviews and always offering assistants. The graduation could be a little better. But other than that, great instructors and great staff."

"The instructors did a good job of preparing me for my career as a medical assistant, and helped out a lot. Overall I'm glad that I finished, I even got a job at my externship site which was awesome. And after I was finished the school checked back up with me to make sure that I was okay with my job and satisfied. Which meant a lot to me."
