"Saint Mary's University of Minnesota provides a different education experience. The professors have a lot of experience in their teaching areas and that is a plus!"

"Pros: Small class setting, and ability for working adults with evening classes. Cons: Condensed workload (~8 weeks per class) and long classes usually (ex: 5-10 pm class)."

"Graduate program has no job placement services. Asked about financial aid for students who were no longer employed (receiving tuition reimbursement) and no answer received from director of program. It was easy to get in and application process was fairly simple. Teachers are enthusiastic about subject matter. Tuition rate is good compared to area so it's a good value. But they don't offer some of the perks that other programs do,."

"This program has been immensely flexible (mostly night classes), cost-effective, philosophical, and the faculty is wonderfully supportive and invigorating. They are real-life educators bringing up-to-date, authentic experiences and challenges right to you. Essentially, your teachers are mentors and they want you to succeed in the constantly evolving world of education. That's pretty cool."

"I'm in the Marriage and Family Therapy program and so far have found the program to be extremely flexible for those who are working full time and have families outside of class. The work load is manageable, but appropriate for a graduate level, and the professors are all very professional and helpful. Class sizes are also fairly small, which provides more opportunities to get to know everyone. The program itself is affordable, and it is conveniently located in Minneapolis by a major bus line for those who use public transportation."

"Generally I enjoyed the smaller classrooms and the support of the professors; they were very supportive academically and on a personal level within reason, which made my workload and production very positive. If I had one thing to say about any negative drawbacks, of the project management program, it would be the group/team projects which in the professional world are similarly challenging, yet a bit more in the classroom with executive professionals and beginners of the field working together."
