Degree: Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General
Graduation Year: 2000

Started 5/15 at the NYC campus on 14th st. Horrible experience at least. Instructor quit after 2 weeks. Was replaced by 3 instructors rhe next 4. The sub who replaced the remaining 3 mods only yelled and screamed .Demanded we do voluntary work at her low budget catering company during school hours, to help serve food!! Lipstick commercial Equipment you can get at the 99cent store. Not enough ingredients to complete meals. MADE CLASS CLEAN MAJORITY OF TIME(GREASE TRAPS, GARBAGE,Dishes and pots ) 8 students dropped out.Only one made it to externship and they can't measure. Do not waste your time or money. Chef Margot and caterer Kris can care less about you!!

Degree: Surgical Technology/Technologist
Graduation Year: 2016

I enrolled in class at the brick campus for surgical technology, I would never recommend anyone to go there. I have never had a teacher/instructor who was so unprofessional, and spiteful. This specific teacher will purposely do what she can to jeopardize your grade. For paying 20,000$ I absolutely do not believe I got the education I payed for. They are lazy, hypocritical, and only care about the paycheck they are getting at the end of the week.

Graduation Year: 2015

I highly recommend this school to others. They provided great career training and it prepared me for my current job which I love. The staff and faculty are caring and dedicated to seeing students succeed. Their career services staff is top notch and helped me get connected with my employer. A++

Degree: Liberal Arts
Graduation Year: 2016

I was in this program in 2014 and I sign up for a good cause being a single mom to better me and my son but it had ups and downs teachers bully me and students all at the same time had to repeat like three classes which I pass and then have one class to repeat again in December so its a hard tech college to go to very competitive you have to be strong. Its no transfrable credits so just to let you know. You do get a exam for free at any site that takes exam to pass this course but you have to make it on your own. And be independent and be mindful you find the job yourself.

Degree: Human Resources
Graduation Year: 2015

This school is absolutely the worst school I have ever attended. Ms. J. is a rude and disrespecting teacher. She should not be able to teach at any school. She does not know how to talk to her students and has had several complaints about how she conducts herself and the school board.. Mr. C. and Mr. M. allow for her to be disrespectful to her students without being disciplined. They should be ashamed of themselves! They loose more then half their students throughout their course. I am waiting for a refund..Keep looking there are better schools to attend that will treat you with the respect you deserve!!

Graduation Year: 2015

Went to Star on Welsh Rd. In Philadelphia this school was horrible. I had 4 teachers in a 6 month period and honestly none of the students were where they needed to be! We had 2 teachers quit within 2 weeks of each other, we had 1 sub teaching 2 classes one night and then we had our extern coordinator quit because this school was giving her a bad rep. students fight daily and argue with teachers, they never have supplies, MA teachers are terrible don't follow course curriculum, MA course should be hands on from beginning to end along with course work. All their doing is taking advantage of students, proving them with a false hope. What a waste of time and money. Do not attend this phony school. What a ripe off!!!!! By sending the students out unprepared, hospitals dropped our school while I was attending SMH and they expected us to stay yea right!!!

Degree: Medical Assistant
Graduation Year: 2015

Although I do not recommend technical schools, I would like to thank this school for saving my a** when my other school closed. They picked me up where I left off and they DID NOT charge me a penny more. Thank you for giving me what I paid for! The good thing is the school does come through with what they offer, but the bad thing is you just have to constantly harass them for it.

Degree: Medical/Clinical Assistant
Graduation Year: 2015

This school saved my a**, my school closed a month before i graduated and this school, picked me up as in, didnt take any money, let me finish my education and graduate. it is the after graduation that i can not stand, when you need to contact the school to sit for your certification, none of the schools answer the phone, they make you leave messages, i left 15 messages and have not received one phone call back, i finally show up to the school to handle what would have been a 5 minute phone call and she makes me wait for hours for her, now another student who also was in the same predicament as me also can not get in contact in the school, and what she needs done only one person can do, she refuses to call back, and she refuses to stay late one day to help a student who cant make it on time because of work, her lack of responsibility has caused this student to miss a test date and wait for another. this school will only contact you to get you enrolled and to get your money, its a pathetic school, the teaching staff however are sweethearts, and are very good at teacher, i strongly recommend going to a college not a tech school, but definitely not this tech school

Degree: Culinary Arts and Related Services, Other
Graduation Year: 2015

Despite having excellent instructors, I cannot recommend this school. My impression is that the campus administreation understands and supports the medical career portion of the school. However, the seem to have a complete lack of understanding of the culinary curriculum. I have been attending for less than a year and have already seen the coming and going of two Culinary Department Chairs. Also, there are approximately one dozen Chef Instructors, half of which have given notice or are talking about it.
