Tacoma Community College Reviews
Student & Graduate Reviews (1)
I entered Tacoma Community College, previously obtaining my degree from a four year University in 2003. In pursuit of my Master's Degree, it was necessary to brush up on the life sciences and submit classes to my desired University. Fall 2013 I took Chemistry 110 and Biology 160. After 10 years in the work force, diving into college was challenging! Winter, I took Biology 241 and Nutrition 101 and eventually made headway into Biology 242 in Spring. This was the first quarter ever that the HAPS was given electronically, over a make-shift computer lab. With the entire Biology department's experience (Kudos to Pattie Green and Kim Harrington), the test went smoothly. TCC is a community college providing competitive and leading science courses to an eclectic group of students from all walks of life. In their building only 5 years old, the school as a whole is a leader in producing apt graduates for many different professions in allied health.
