Degree: Healthcare Management
Graduation Year: 2016

I have enjoyed going to UMA. I started in May 2015. I have had great instructors. They have always gotten back to me if I had a problem with a class. My academic advisor was fantastic. He would send up lifting emails everyday. Sometimes I had days when I just didn't want to continue but the emails would snap me right back. I have been out of school for a long period of time and was not sure how this was going to work for me. Going online allowed me to work at my own pace even though I had time lines for assignments to be submitted. I have not worked in a while and I wanted to go back out into the work force. I will graduate on Sept. 10,2016. I have confidence in myself as well as the school that they will help me in finding a job. There are quite of few reviews that could be discouraging. But I was taught that your life depends solely on you. You get what you put in. I would recommend UMA to my friends and family.

Degree: Healthcare Information Systems
Graduation Year: 2016

I have been with Ultimate Medical Academy since May of 2014. I first received my diploma as a Pharmacy Technician, and loved every minute of the online program. I graduated with High Honors and became a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society. The staff at UMA, actually became part of my extended family. Everyone was very helpful when I ended up in the hospital, and I was even sent a get well card. Your not just a number at UMA, your a person with feelings and needs. The staff from the ground up understands this. I could not be happier with my choice to come to UMA. I graduate in October of 2016 with my Associate Degree in Health Information. In January I will be back most likely just have not decided which program to tackle next. So to me UMA is the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Graduation Year: 2001

UMA is a really amazing and compassionate school. Choosing UMA was one of the best choices that I have have ever made regarding my education. As a parent and a working student, I am not bound with a enormous course load but one that I can complete with ease. I am not boggled down with complex topics or tasks, nor am I frustrated because I don't have hell. Help is only a phone call away.

Best collage ever that is why I am going to return for my bachelors in less then a month. Best move you could ever make in your life. I went for my diploma and then got my associates from UMA and now I am going to get my bachelors in science and possibly even go further with UMA.

This college makes promises and does not do what they promise. They promise you will get a job and they will help you find a job and I have been years still searching and no one will hire me. They say my certificate means nothing. Also keep trace of your loans because for one class they took out three loans in my name which means you will be paying on three loans for the rest of your life. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL, ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Degree: Pharmacy Technician
Graduation Year: 2017

I really am disappointed that I was given the run around in regards to my refund and now that I have finally spoken to someone they informed me that this school in fact does not issue out refunds. I love the instruction but I am going to go attend another school.

I have been attending UMA for months now. They are very very helpful and stay on me like white on rice to achieve my goals. Advisor Heather and Veronica are the best. The crazy things i see on these reviews and lies. Great College! Everything pays our when the work is complete.

No job placement career advisers don't contact you or help look for work this school just out to get your money. I wouldn't recomment this school to anyone. Unless you want to have alot of student loans and no career. I studied the billing and coding I mean the courses were easy and basic but after graduation you will still be unemployed.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2013

I only had one instructor who knew anything solid about the nursing field and was able to convey that to the students. Their admin staff and "upper level" instructors are a joke. If you are not ready to teach yourself absolutely everything, then you should go somewhere else. I agree with independent studies, but when a student asks a question and the instructor has no answer...every time...I start to get worried.

Unfortunately this school is extremely rude. I got called unprofessional for asking not to have 8 calls texts and emails in less than 7hrs. I was also called unprofessional because someone called me and because I couldn't hear anything more than static they texted me stating I was unprofessional. The call center you speak too laughs at you when you have a problem, you get the run around and when asking for management.. It's a joke! Over priced and RUDE!
