"The pros of my current degree program (Masters in Business Administration) will help both personally and professionally. Personally, it will help to broaden my mind, while helping to make more informed decisions based on problem solving skills learned. Professionally, it will help to attain a better position with a company in a manager's position. The cons of the program include the stresses juggling a full-time career, a family with a newborn, and going to school full-time."

"I feel that the pros to going to the University of Phoenix superceed the cons because in a nut shell the program allows those of us who are working parents to be able to take advantage of continuing education once a week with reasonable day and night schedules. I love the schools academic curriculumn. Working with a team allows me to strengthen my team work skills."

"After serving 21 years in the military, raising three children and building a family, the Univesity of Phoenix's graduate programs have help me realize earning my MBA is possible. UoP have detachments across the country, online courses and classes on campus during the evening that function around my busy schedule. I was fortunate to attend classes in Boston, Ma. and San Diego, Ca. while earning my BS degree. I have met and worked on teams with some of the best people anyone could meet. UoP is the college for people with busy lifestyles. I'm proud that I'm a Phoenix."

"The pros of attending University of Phoenix in Little Rock is that the program is the accessibility of the campus, the hours of the week that I have to attend class and the level of education and experience from the instructors. The only con is the cost of attending."

"Some of the pros of the MBA graduate program is that it will allow me to use the skills I learn and apply them to my current job industry. Not only will it enhance my management skills, it will also allow for better job opportuniites in my aviation career. There are really no cons that I can think of for the MBA program. I suppose a con for me would be the 18 hour day once a week which is not terribly bad."

"The pros of my graduate program is that we have a learning team in every class. Everyone is so different and have specialties in many areas. This is extremely helpful when doing homework assignments. I have not faced any cons at this time. I got my bachelors degree from UOP and I enjoy the layout and teachers."

"The MBA program is very combust and detailed. The teachers are expertise experience in each of the courses that are being taught so the students learn from real life examples. This is critical for MBA students in modern age to understand business concepts. Moreover, the classroom collaborations have a drastic positive impact on the student learning by sharing ideas in class. The diversity of students with their educational and work backgrounds adds a great flavor to the classroom, which makes the learning experience even better."

"The pros of my graduate program include the accelerated learning pace. I like being given what i need to know and moving on to the next subject. A a con of my graduate program is that it is a little expensive. Also, while I agree that working in a team is essential to understanding how to be a better manager, but I don't think that the university should place so much emphasis on group work."

"I love the way University of Phoenix has set up their programs to teach working adults, it is a beneficial program which incorporates learning into working teams. The pros of the program include only having to attend school once a week, but there is enough schoolwork to justify staying at home and contiinuously doing school work. The cons of the program are the costs. $2100 every 6 weeks is a bit costly for attending school plus other fees to include resource fees. Overall I think its a great school to go to."
