"VUU definitely prepares you for the real world. Instructors take the time necessary, in order to prepare students for what they will encounter after graduation. The experience for me was overall a positive one. You'll have a fair share of fun, with on and off campus activities as well"

"VUU is an outstanding place of vocation for individuals studying theology. They Dean of Students is quite helpful in regards to discussing curriculum, and is very accommodating with individuals whom are military affiliated."

"Virginia Union School of Theology encourages community involvement and collaborative learning. The Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology program brings the power of a diverse group of individuals together to expand individual knowledge and experience through shared achievement of academic goals. The school has its own security force which keeps the campus safe. Financial Aid for graduate programs in ministry is limited. Most graduate students take out loans to assist with finances. The school staff is knowledgeable and many have significant accomplishments in the academic world."
