Degree: Accounting
Graduation Year: 2016

Walsh College in Troy, Michigan is a very prestigious school. I am currently studying for my MAC, Master's Degree in Accounting. The courses are very difficult. Most of the instructors are knowledgeable and professionals in the field they teach. I attend school while working full time and am only able to take one course each semester due to the intensity of the course load. This has been the consensus among many of my peers. Overall, Walsh is a very good school. You will work hard to earn your degree; however, it will be worth it.

Tell us about your college experience.

The school was a good fit for me as I wanted to focus only on business and that is what Walsh does.

Would you get the same degree if you could start over?

Yes -- Human resources will always be needed and this allows me to go into several fields.

What advice can you offer other students?

To make sure you pick the degree you are going to be happy with. You do not want to pick something and then had to work in that field for the rest of your life.
