Degree: Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General
Graduation Year: 2009

The liberal arts atmosphere and instruction at Washington College taught me to think critically, explore problems and topics from diverse angles, and foster my own ambition. The faculty in the Drama Department facilitated this with classes/instruction that encouraged me to think freely, deeply, and passionately about academia, culture, society, and my impact on those around me. The school is small and the campus secluded, but its progressive attitude led to deep discussions with my peers, faculty, and staff that transcended the small town. This type of learning helped transform me into an employee who seeks solutions to problems and thinks creatively, but within the necessary bounds.

Degree: Biochemistry
Graduation Year: 2010

Small school setting, allowing for intimate student-teacher relationships to develop. Very student friendly with a significant amount of entertainment for a smaller area of the state.
