"I think that WTAMU was a great experience for me. I moved to the Amarillo area to a relocation of my husband for work. It was also a less expensive way to obtain my degree and online classes were not available so i had limited choices. The professors were very helpful and knowledgeable and set me up for great success in my career. I am proud of my degree at WTAMU"

"West Texas A&M was an amazing university to attend. The small class sizes and small campus lead to a very hometown feeling. The professors were always more than willing to work with you and help you outside of class time. They would make sure you understand the content and were getting the most of your education. The education department was fantastic and left me feeling super prepared to lead my own classroom."

"West Texas A&M is a smaller university in the Texas A&M System located in the Texas Panhandle. Due to their smaller size, the education I received was more personalized and catered to me and my interests. I enjoyed the smaller class sizes compared to what you would find in larger universities, and I felt that the professors really cared about the students interests and futures. If I had one complaint, it would be that the university did not receive enough funding for research not only in the Psychology department, but for the natural sciences as well. Overall, West Texas A&M University is a wonderful school with wonderful faculty and staff."

"West Texas A&M University provided a unique and fulling experience while I was an undergrad. While it is a smaller campus that just barely exceeded a total student enrollment of 10,000 students, there are numerous student organizations for almost everyone. As a student in the Sybil B. Harrington School of Fine Arts and Humanities, I received a great education from some of the best professors in the region."

"West Texas A&M University has a varied selection of degree programs administrated by academic professionals with a focus on assisting students in attaining their future career goals. The staff and professors are excellent and assist students with any needs they have. I found that the History department was especially professional, highly educated, and incredibly student focused. Dr. Clark, Dr. Brasington, and Dr. Morrow-Clark are all standouts in my mind for what amazing professional, highly educated, professorship looks like. Not only did Dr. Clark help me immensely with my education and understanding of the world, he also helped me reach my dream of studying abroad and learning Japanese. He is absolutely amazing. Dr. Price helped me greatly through my degree program (Criminal Justice) and was instrumental in supporting my vision for pairing Criminal Justice with Japanese Language, Culture and Society. I can't thank these professionals enough for the bright future potential they have given me."

"I would recommend this school to anyone who is interested in getting to know their professors and not being a number. My professors knew me by name and knew a little about my life. The counseling center is amazing for support as well. This is also reasonably priced."

"West Texas A&M University is a great school to attend. They have online and on campus courses. The teachers care about you learning the material and are always available for help. The student body is great. The campus is pretty, safe, and friendly. I previously attended Texas Tech and when I transferred back to West Texas A&M, I noticed a huge difference in the amount I was able to learn because the classes are smaller. Instead of 500 students in a lecture hall, there were about 50 to 100 and you could actually ask questions. This is a great school. I graduated in 2014 with a BS in sociology and a minor in biology. I am currently working on a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from WT's College of Business. I am set to graduate in December of 2018. I would recommend this university to everyone."

"I loved attending WT in Canyon, Texas. It is a great school located in a small, cozy town. My class sizes were not too big and the the professors will easily approachable. While there, I was able to meet many new people in my field of study. We formed study groups and it was great to receive support from other students who knew exactly what I was going through. I would recommend WT to anyone who wants a great education at a reasonable price and wonderful location. The campus itself is not too big nor too small, for me it was just right!"

"West Texas A&M University is a great place to be! The campus has its own small town feel, and the Buff spirit is contagious. The faculty in the Communication Department are wonderful people, and they care so much for the students. They teach their students with passion, and the passion is also clear outside the classroom - faculty serve as advisers to student organization within the department, and they take students to conferences and competitions all across the globe. The insight they have and the wisdom they instill is unique to WT because you won't have that kind of personal connection with your professors anywhere else."

"Go Buffs! West Texas A&M University is the perfect post-secondary institution that allows one to grow personally, academically and professionally! The size of the student population lends the perfect combination of perfect class sizes and wide variety of programs of study, student clubs and organizations and campus events. The morale and university climate is evident as faculty and staff happily challenge and serve the students of West Texas A&M University. It is easy to walk or move from building to building throughout the university as students navigate through their day. Not only did my education flourish, but also my peer networking connections grew each year I spent at WTAMU. You will not regret becoming a Fighting Buffalo!"

"When I first began at WT in 2005 as an undergrad, the campus was small, with plenty of parking, and great access to faculty and staff. The school has since then grown rapidly. There is rarely a place to park and transportation to and from campus is inadequate. Although there are more students, the graduate classrooms still have a small number of students per professor (1:8), which is great! WT has a beautiful campus that is kept safe and well maintained. All in all, WT is a quiet, comfortable, and affordable place to receive a bachelor's degree."

"WT has top notch academic and athletic programs in the nation. In combination with a beautiful campus and extremely qualified instructors makes for a great collegiate experience. WT is the perfect sized campus and enrollment. It's small enough where you can see friends around campus and teachers know you by name, but large enough to still meet someone new everyday. WT provides great opportunities to get involved in campus activities and stay engaged with the University. A hands down overall great university."

"I love the small size of the graduate school classes! Professors know us by name and are generally very helpful. Unfortunately, the number of individuals on campus is growing too quickly for the parking and amenities to catch up. It also puts pressure on the professors as advisors. Overall, I am glad I chose WT to pursue my master's degree."
