Degree: Medical Office Administration
Graduation Year: 2016

Westech's curriculum is really great. The teacher's are amazing and always there to help with whatever questions you may have, regardless of which program. The administrative side is kind of bittersweet. Some of the administrative staff don't really know what they're doing. The career services coordinator for MOA (April 2016) is stuck on sending everyone to the same place, you have to bug her. Don't be afraid to tell her what you want and where you want to go. The school switches Directors of Education like crazy, however, the newest Director (as of March 2016) is completely amazing. There are small nit picky things that make it hard to tolerate, such as the student lounge microwaves are rarely cleaned out and we go on and off with the free scrub/free dress day privileges. Other than that the MOA class was amazing and I definitely learned a lot in such a small amount of time. Ms. M. is a great teacher and she explains it in plan English so you can understand the subjects. It is very fast paced so be read. Miss one day and you've missed a months worth of work. Taking this course was a really good idea.
