"Western Seminary has a truly integrated program for those seeking a counseling program from a Christian perspective. It does not ignore science or Biblical truth, but integrates the two carefully. It is a fully accredited program with CACREP. The program does not hold to one particular theory of counseling, but teaches various perspectives and allows you to form your own theoretical stance. The school is not currently affiliated with a particular denomination that I know of. Professors are of various Christian backgrounds, but all holding to the authority of Scripture and Salvation by Christ."
