"I was accepted into the Certificate Program, but I was told by their own staff and professors that I will likely not be accepted for a Graduate Program. I have a GPA of 4.0, but professors still say that they don't know me well enough to give me recommendations for the Graduate Program. One professor even said, "hey, I'm not even sure I would be accepted if I applied!" I feel unsupported, and demotivated thanks to lack of cooperation from professors who are fine with giving me A's for my hard work in class, but not helping me progress further. All in all, classes can be great with dedicated professors who know the content or incredibly disorganized. It is hit or miss. Additionally, the Cybersecurity program has some course requirements that are not relevant to the career. The professor for the Risk Management class himself told me, "I'm not sure how this will help your career as a CS analyst." Apparently, he is not aware that his class is a requirement for the CS program. Very encouraging. Additionally, the Software Design class is very interesting on its own, but I am yet to understand how it will be helpful to a CS analyst. That is 2 courses right there, out of a total of 6, who might not contribute to your advancement in the CS field. The school has potential. Let's hope the administration gets their act in order. If an online option is being offered, students should not be treated differently for choosing it."

"Overall, WPI is an OK school. If you want to go here for IMGD, you are better off burning all of your money than going here as that would save you 4 years. This program is a mess. The classes don't teach what they need to, there aren't enough resources for the small number of students they have, and most of the professors act like children who have been given too much power. On multiple occasions I have heard professors s**t talking students to other students and bully students with mental disabilities. This program consistently made me uncomfortable and has been the worst time of my life."

"It's important to get a degree in demand or the debt incurred will not be worth it."

"The school's education is very high quality but is going down hill because of the limited amount of faculty in the department. The school needs to spend more to get more professors to teach, or students will not revive enough individual attention. The lab courses do not have the resources to accommodate the number of students who want to take them."

"WPI is one of the best investments you can make! The tuition may be expensive, but nearly all WPI graduates obtain jobs right after commencement and/or place in top graduate school programs. You'll have those loans paid back fairly quickly and engineering is a profession of high-demand."

"The professors and faculty that I have encountered so far have been very helpful and supportive. So far, the workload is as I expected from a Master's degree program. I am looking forward to continuing my graduate level experience with WPI. From what I have experienced at this point in my degree, their reputation for delivering a quality education is preceding them."

"It is great that his program allows student to immediately work on research and projects even before they're done with the required courses. However, this program is designed to students who got their undergraduate degree at WPI not taking into account students coming from other undergraduate schools with different background and preparation."

"Pros are the technical excellence at the university. It's proximity to Boston and the technical community is amazingly valuable. Cons are the distance I had to travel at night time from New Hampshire. It's a long distance to commute from other locations to attend WPI. Never took courses from the online web services."

"I have felt extremely challenged by WPI's grad program. I have completed the MBA and a few classes in the Physics PhD Program, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. I will have completed 2 bachelors, my MBA, and PhD when all is said and done here at WPI. I decided to continue my education here because of the world-wide connections this university holds in the world of biotechnology and bio-engineering. My goals lie in Medical Physics, and there is probably no other networking university compared to WPI."

"The program is well-respected and of very great quality. The lack of funding opportunities is what sets the program behind a few others."
