"I enrolled and was accepted into the program to achieve an AS degree with a major/ designation in mathematics. My original academic advisor quit after a year of my being enrolled and no one informed me. The next advisor assigned to me told me that the school would not allow me to receive a degree with designation, and that there was nothing I could do. It was the school's fault and the previous advisor's fault, but I was told to suck it up and deal with the consequences. I did not feel that I was valued as an individual by the administration."

"We were charged almost $500 due to being given incorrect information from the beginning. This school showed no empathy for a mistake they made. They stopped responding to my inquiries. I’ve been dealing with this issue since November 2022. Our intent was to drop a class but instead were given instructions to withdraw which caused us to be responsible for a fee. My son was only in school for a little over a week. My son was a new student, Freshman year. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this school to anyone!"

"Aims was a great school to attend while I worked it was very flexible with my schedule and I still felt like k was very connected in the classes. The online classes that they offer have a great way of still being very helpful and explanatory! I enjoyed my time at aims but if I ever wanted another degree I would consider going back."

"Aims Community College is a great school. They offer all the degree programs as a University. I chose this Community College because all there classes are transferable and are half the price that a University would charge. The teachers are there because they love to teach and form a good relationship with all there students. I believe Being able to work one on one with the teachers and the other students guarantees great success."

"Aims is a fantastic institution to start at! I am so glad I went there before I went to UNC. Save yourself 1000's of dollars and go to Aims first. Aims has small class sizes, qualified instructors, and the best part is it is absolutely affordable. I got through two years of my education at Aims completely DEBT FREE! If you put your mind to it, maintain a satisfactory GPA, and apply toward there financial aid, I believe you can achieve this to."

"It was a great school! I loved going there. Most of the staff was great. I understand that for nursing school all the biology is necessary, but to me sometimes it felt like just a way to get money. Then some of the classes that are required are class to make you well rounded. I will never use them again. Just seemed like a waste of time and money. I understand though because they are required for certain degrees, but is just hard to understand how some of those classes are useful. It is a great school though. Most everyone is very helpful!"

"As an older student I was scared that I would stick out or the young group would keep their distance from the "old lady" yet that wasn't the case at all. Everyone on campus treats everyone the same, very welcoming and helpful. This has been the best experience of my life only regret is waiting till I was old to gain a degree. I know school isn't cheap so I have been discussing with my daughter that she also attend Aims"

"I was so impressed with the recommendations from the Radiology Program at Aims Community College. I was very satisified with the preparations for the Board exams and felt very confident in selecting Aims for my degree. I was able to find employment the same week as my cerifications."

"Aims is a great experience that I recommend for all those seeking higher education. The transition to a 4-year university was made so much easier after completing my first two years at Aims (also was a lot cheaper getting the general education classes out of the way their rather than at the University level where classes are far more expensive)."

"Attending Aims Community College was the door that open so many opportunities, including being able to continue my education at Columbia University through joining their Honor Society. I am currently attending Columbia University working towards my bachelor's degree in sociology. The academic staff was very, very supportive in helping me attain my first educational goal, my Associates Degree. I was able to take advantage of the online courses as well as sitting in the classroom which aided me while taking care of my husband who was in a major car accident. I am still in contact with a few of my professors which has been such a blessing not only academically, but on a personal note, as well. One of the greatest opportunities that I had was to join Phi Theta Kappa, where I became an Officer of Scholarships helping other students find grants and scholarships that would help assist them in continuing their education. I highly recommend this college and have, my husband graduated last year with his Associate's degree and friend also graduated with her certificate in Graphic Design. The small classes and caring professors made all the difference."

"The Radiology program at Aims is a great program if you are interested in medical imaging. The teachers and clinical instructors are great at their jobs and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend the program to others. The clinical experience is wonderful and will prepare you for a career in xray."

"Aims Community College is the reason I am where I am today. Because of the flexible class schedules, low costs, and small class sizes at Aims, it only took me two years to receive a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado, which is a four year institution. Without Aims, I would not have been able to afford a college degree at all. I did not have any financial help, and I am so thankful that I found Aims, because it allowed me to follow my dreams of furthering my education. Because of Aims’ I was able to work full time, attend online and campus classes, and be duel enrolled in both the Community College and the University which allowed me to graduate with my associates degree as well as a bachelors degree at UNCO. I was always so impressed with how easy it was to rent my books through Aims’ online system, and how great the financial aid staff as well as the admissions staff always treated me. I am proud to say that I will be attending Law School in the spring of 2015, and I could not have gotten where I am today without Aims Community College. Although I attended two colleges, Aims is the school I feel helped me the most. I enjoyed the small classes because of how diverse the student population is. I felt a stronger connection with my classmates and I learned from them more than I did at the four-year intuition I attended. Even after I graduate from law school, I will never forget everything Aims did to get me where I am today."
