Attending ACE was a wonderful experience. The Adjunct faculty members were helpful, encouraging. The staffs always check up to ensure all is going well and if assistance was needed. I have and will continue to recommend ACE for continued education when pursuing a career.

Plain and simple, if you want to go to college then you will pay. I've been to traditional CC, traditional Uni, for-profit for a license. The list goes on and on. You have to be mature and choose what is best at the time. If you're really good at application then this is a great school. If you want to research, go spend 10k a semester. I'm not complaining about debt and job interviews start as soon as you get into the program not after. Easy stuff. Basics.

My experience at the American College of Education (ACE) has been one of the best in my career as a professional in the education field. From the recruiter Zach Byrd to the Student Success Coach Bonnie Rios to each and every one of the professors and other staff members they provided me with an excellent service and knowledge. The quality of the professors and their classes are high quality and very challenging. It is very doable even if you are teaching full-time like me, but keep in mind that you... Read More

I am about halfway through my program here and am satisfied. The interaction with instructors is minimal and constructive feedback is almost non-existent. The course work can be mildly tough and time consuming but is very doable. I am raising 3 kids under age 6, and without help from my wife who allows me to spend hours in front of the computer, I don't think I could do it, but thanks to her I am. Even without the benefits of a more traditional school environment, I feel that the course work is relevant... Read More

Communication to it's students is definitely not a forte of ACE. With all of it's classes being online, it is critical for an online university to set their students up for success by constantly keeping them in the loop with what is coming up and what the students should be working towards. Ace does not do this. They effectively took the money I had paid for a course and when an extenuating circumstance forced me to drop the course before the end of the 2nd week, would not let me use it towards a... ACE has been a very rewarding learning experience for me. I enjoyed the course work and the professors were very knowledgeable and helpful. There practicum course is top notch and helped me gain the field experience I needed to be able to perform the tasks of an education leader at a great capacity. I highly recommend this school.

Brick and mortar was not an option as a full-time working parent. Ace provided a wonderful alternative. I was concerned at first, that I would not be able to navigate through an online program. Having received my BA from a very reputable university the old fashion way. The professor put my mind at ease that it could be done. Discipline and good organization skills is a must. Degree has helped me further my knowledge and has increased my earning potential. Thank you ACE!

I LOVED ACE. It was the perfect program for me. I was looking for something that I knew would be affordable and manageable for my life. I agree with comments that it takes discipline to complete the degree, however, what educational program doesn't? I graduated with a 4.0 and still kept up with my job and personal life. I also was AMAZED by the library and online resources. You can find research on any topic you are looking for. The structure is very clear and the staff is supportive. They do not... Read More

I really enjoyed this degree and getting to know other students. ACE has an orientation program to help you learn their system and most professors give very clear directions. If you need help, you can contact your professor, ask the other students, or contact your Success Coach. Everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and ready to help. The work load is nothing more than I would expect for an expedited degree. If you follow the guidelines, do your work with integrity, and look at the rubrics,... Read More

The program at American College of Education can be challenging if you are not self-motivated. You are required to write numerous papers, participate in discussions, and take quizzes and tests. There I are courses that require peer reviews, research, and inquiry with current administration. You get out of the program what you put in. Yes, its time consuming, and at times, challenging. It is a huge commitment that is worth the challenge.

Up until my most recent course, I had only positive learning experiences at ACE. However I had an awful instructor during my course internship. The instructor was confusing and unclear. She was late with pertinent course information. For instance she informed the class about required activities a month into the course. She was consistently late on providing feedback/grades. She did not comunicate with students regularly. She made less than a handful of announcements during the entire course. My experience... Read More

I earned a Masters of Educational Leadership from ACE this year. I live in Maryland, and I work in one of the largest public school systems in the country. My county provided tuition reimbursement, and I ended up paying LESS than HALF of the $8,000 tuition. In addition, I used the payment plan for affordable monthly payments. Since my county ups the pay for a Bachelors +30, I received a significant payscale bump before graduating, so I was able to quickly benefit from the advantages of the degree.... Read More

Everyone has their own opinion, however, I found ACE to work around my schedule while offering affordable and applicable classes. With ACE the professions are very open. You are allowed to make the assignments your own. Being that all adult learners are at different stages in life, this process gives you the freedom to apply what you are learning.

Very Relevant program. Highly recommended for working adults. Not a diploma mill but an online rigorous program that requires you to read but as a professional in your field it is not difficult. Education should be thoughtful and conversational. This was provided and the professors really checked my submitted work. I really like the program that checked your written work that aids in someone not plagiarizing and writing poorly. Recommended for professionals in their field.

I found the online degree program through ACE to be rigorous and relevant, but also extremely convenient. I loved that I didn't have to leave my house to get my education (except for the internship part of the education leadership degree). The workload was sometimes intense, but I also enjoyed the structured of the 5 week classes, with a one week break. It was nice to be able to focus on one class at a time intensely, instead of several classes over a long semester. In a recent interview, I actually... Read More
