awesome school to have attended and i enjoyed my time there have been so many great moments from joining this school. Most of this is has been one of the best years of my life as well as my kids life. They have seen that at any age your life you can always go to college and accomplish anything. I am quite grateful that didn't give in or even give up this worth every penny.

AIU has been an excellent school for me. I wasn't sure at first of the online education platform, but really found that it worked for me and I have been very successful. I am set to graduate in early December and have managed to obtain a 4.0 GPA and was invited to join Delta Mu Delta, a business honor society that recognizes and encourages academic excellence. The school has provided me skills that I have already seen put to use in my profession and continues to challenge me throughout each course.... Read More

Words cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have been blessed with the opportunity to attend AIU. Shortly after graduating high school in 2018, I received a phone call from an AIU admissions advisor asking me if I would be interested in joining the University. At first, I was extremely hesitant because I wasn't 100% sure if I was ready to pursue college. However, after being thoroughly informed about my options and everything that I should expect upon joining the school I was instantly convinced... Read More

I attended AIU Online from 2018-2021. I have seen many of the complaints about AIU, but also heard it was a good college for military people as I was active duty at the time of enrollment. AIU has had no more notable scandals than really most colleges. When people say go to a real college, but complain about how financial aid and student advising is handled at their “real college” I am thankful to say I never had these problems with AIU. If you are respectful and cooperative , as I always am with... Read More

The best part about AIU is the staff, there was times it was getting difficult for me due to also working a full-time job. The staff encourage me to continue and do not give up. They would constantly check up on me by calling and sending me messages of encouragement. Thank you AIU staff!

Just an overall amazing experience. The advisors were all transparent and supportive during the whole process! I really enjoyed the online flexibility - I work full time so it was so important to have that. Overall, I would definitely recommend and had nothing but good experiences here!

When I started AIU I knew I was determined to finish, and to never give up. Knowing you will have your falls The instructors and Advisors are always here for you at your worst and always would try to think positive about yourself and able to do it, for the past 4 years are completely worth it. The way inspiring others to pursued there lives and having a career out of it. That goal finally achieved since i been a AIU student, the financial department helped me be able to keep up on the income part... Read More

I'll start with the best things I can say about the program I am in. It has the potential to be an incredible program. The material is there as well as a great library and a great support and tutoring system. The instructors could be a little less robotic in how they grade. There are some good instructors that do enhance learning, but they are few and far between. There should be an entrance exam, especially for reading\writing\grammar. I've come across some dubious classmates that look to have sub... Read More

This school is horrible! Avoid it at all costs. They harass you endlessly if you don't do things on their timeline. I'm the one paying for it, I don't work for you! as long as i stay within the guidelines set forth before enrollment, I shouldn't be harassed. The second part is their Intellipath system is the worst "Educational Tool" to ever exist. The teachers don't even have access, to correct errors in the lessons (there are multiple errors)

When you hear degree mill, you think of this school. It is a little costly but does not require hardly any work to pass the classes. Most classes involve modules which can be clicked through and no academic rigor is not needed to get As. It is offers 5 week classes and great deal of flexibility which is ideal for working parents. However, passing classes for this school is incredibly easy and doesnt encourage in-depth learning. It does touch on the basics of the subject. A degree from this school... Read More

First I transferred into AIU, I attended this university from 2005 until 2007 and I graduated. I did a volunteer internship at my local county courthouse and I work in law enforcement at the same time. Excellent professors and I learned a lot. However, I tell most people you have to be self motivated, dedicated to studying alone and being very engaged in the online discussion just beyond getting a grade. I'm currently working in the federal government as a Manager and I have about 3 years with my... Read More

American InterContinental Online was a great online program. The curriculum was great and the classes were pertinent to my career. Online access was very easy and quick response to questions. It greatly prepared me for my career and afforded me an opportunity to move up in my previous position.

As a current student I have to say that to be accredited a school goes through the proper channels. I have been to other online programs. If they are out of state the tuition is utterly ridiculous. I decided on this school after having a great experience with another online degree program from another school. I did some research and began my program here last year. I had to opt. out and after looking at a few other schools decided to return and complete my Bachelors in Business with a Project Management... Read More

I was very disappointed in AIU's organization as a whole. When enrolled I still constantly received emails from the admissions department asking to enroll and contact an advisor (even after emailing back letting them know I was currently enrolled.) When I had problems arise the only person that I felt cared or bothered listening was my advisor. I was subjected to a zero on an assignment due to a group member not submitting the assignment like they claimed. This one zero lowered my grade a full letter,... Read More

I made the decision to attend American InterContinental University Online, as I have been out of school for a while at the time, and needed a better job opportunity. Even though all the classes were taken online, my schedule became more flexible, the advisors and instructors were attentive to my needs and goals, and my motivation to complete college increased. This institution is a wonderful opportunity for potential students who are currently preoccupied with their jobs and or families. There is... Read More
