"I had a great experience at AMU/APUS. I had more good instructors than bad. Most instructors were very responsive to questions and were active in the discussion boards. I had no problems with instructors when I had military obligations. Overall I am very happy with the education that I received from APUS."

"American Public University was an excellent school for me. I was active duty military the entire time that I attended the APU/AMU and the university did so much to accommodate me and my fellow military classmates. When I had to leave for a week or two at a time the professors would work with my schedule and approve extensions for my work. The entire time that I studied with this university I only had one science instructor that was difficult to work with. That is one out of 40 other amazing instructors and class experiences I had."

"My overall experience at APUS has been great. The Professors that taught my classes were very professional, demanding, and serious about plagiarism. If you want a piece of paper degree, please by all means do not enroll in American Public University, because you will work and earn your degree. Many of the professors that taught my classes have Doctorate Degrees (one with a double masters), and many of these same professor also teach at many of the other regionally credited universities around the United States. If you want to find out about your professor just use ratemyprofessor dot com and you'll see the history of many of the teachers. I will graduate in May of 2015, and I have really enjoyed my experience thus far. If you want to learn from an online school that does not rob your pocket check out American Public University. One more thing guys, I attended El Camino Junior College in California and Ashworth College in Norcross Georgia, and APUS accepted the majority of my transferred classes (via transcripts). In fact I was elated that APUS took more than 85% of my transfer credits. They did not, however, accept my Physical Ed class (weight lifting) lol. I hope this review helps in your quest to become educated. By the way, I am also a member of the Golden Key Honor Society with a 3.8 GPA. Hard work does pay off just do the work and you too can succeed in life."
