"Excellent. Since it is online, you should expect interaction throughout the week. I have learned a great deal of practical information that will enhance any workplace. There is a great deal of research, and creating hypotheses but not as much as I was prepared for, or expected. Superb education for the price. Financial aid is great- No issues. And instructors provided prompt feedback."

"I cannot in good conscious recommend this school. The MBA program simply is sub-par. Worse, I recently found out at graduation that all of my professors taught 6 classes at one time. My favorite professor told me that FT faculty on average teach 450 students a year. This is WHY their MBA program is so crappy. The instructors don't have time to interact because the school works them to death! I should have enrolled at a non-profit like NYIT or Empire State. Both have online programs where you actually learn something. My problem was I was too far in to withdraw. You can get a similar tuition at many nonprofit schools where faculty are given the ability to actually teach you something. I'm ashamed I helped to support an institution that has so little disregard for its teachers. If you want a piece of paper that says you graduated I guess you can consider this place. But if you care about your education and the teachers who offer it, look elsewhere. Be sure to check out the reviews on Glassdoor too - shameful."

"Like many people I read the reviews here, and thought "That won't happen to me." But I was wrong. The school misled me about the financial aid amount I would recieve, I frequently had issues loggin in. One time my work "dissappeared". Then the monies I was expecting as a refund did not arrive the day I was promised, instead it happened another day. I felt that there was dishonesty from the very beginning. The academic programs are excellent, but their financial aid, and other departments stink!"

"This is a school that has dedicated professors who are knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. The courses are well-organized and professors provide a grading rubric, as well as course syllabus at the beginning of each course. It requires effort, there is a lot of writing, and participation in the forums, but is is well worth the effort. This is for people who are vested in improving themselves with an education that requires them to put forth considerable effort. I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to put forth the effort to do the work. The only negative or drawbacks are the hours they do website maintenance, (if on PST), and the admin office is slow getting things turned around. The turnaround time on grading is clearly defined by the professors at the beginning of the class, there are deadlines, so you will be accountable for getting the work done. It is an excellent program run by professionals, people who are interested in you as a student, and your success. I did not have much interaction with the finance dept, so can not speak to the quality of service there, but student advisors are helpful, response is okay not usually quick, and the website is easy to negotiate."

"I love this school. I have been taking classes here for 10 years! I have completed my AA, BA, Undergrad Cert, and now almost done with my MS. This college has taught me a lot during my time at the university. But, you have to be disciplined and self motivated to get it done. It takes many papers and long hours to get some of the home work completed. But, I wouldn't expect anything less from a great school. If you have a busy schedule being in the military this should be your number one choice for universities. Good luck!"

"The classes were very insightful and the staff was always ready to help answer any question. I like the 8 week classes and the ability to study in my own time due to my career. It was also a plus to interact with other students. Researching subjects always seems more educational than just taking tests as well. It allows the individual to really dig in themselves and understand what they are learning versus memorizing someone else's studies and taking tests."

"This school is extremely flexible for my Military profession. Stateside or deployed, the administration was always able to help grant me the time to finish my work when called to deploy or when training took priority. I would say academically it was weak. The curriculum was very interesting and I learned a lot. However, you can do the bare minimum and get by quite easily. It does not offer the real interaction between instructors or students. Again, just enough to say it was done. I saw very little effort to peruse and education, but a lot of people pursuing a degree. I am surprised it is accredited."

"Great college with outstanding professors. This college truly does care for the Student/Service Member. I personally requested extensions and had no problems receiving them. The professors all took their time to help when I had questions and to ensure that I truly understood the course materials."
