The course material is worse than the few material on Youtube. The professors ignore emails, even on exam days. The testing system is completely broken, so you might as well not even study the material, because the score you receive will have nothing to do with your mastery of the material.
I truly believe Arizona State University is a great choice. I was able to earn my degree 100% online while working full time and being a single mother of two. The flexibility the school offered was valuable to me and my family. I was able to go to work during the day and come home in the evenings, login to my computer and attend classes right in the comfort of my own home. Occasionally I would have my two daughters visit me which is okay at home, however that is usually not acceptable in a traditional classroom setting. "Fear the Fork" Go ASU!
This will be my second time attended Arizona State University. ASU has partnered up with Starbucks Coffee Company. If you are employed with Starbucks then Starbucks will pay for your full tuition for your Bachelors Degree. This is what I did. With the money I saved from my bachelors degree I am now going back to school for my Masters Degree. The one major thing I love about ASU is that they really care about their students. There are so many resources that are available for me to help get through the programs. ASU makes learning less stressful and fun. ASU is one of the best schools I have gone to by far.
Arizona State University is the best college and I made a great choice by attending this school. I have never had any bad professors or any bad experiences. Everyone here truly cares about your education and they want you to be successful. The classes can be challenging, but that is the best part about it. They offer degrees that are accelerated if you want to dedicate time to pursuing your degree faster.
ASU is an incredible college, staffed with fantastic professors who care about the education of their students. The classes that are offered in Criminal Justice program are relative to what you will need to know to get future employment in the field. My experience with the professors have been great, and they are all knowledgeable within their field of expertise.
Arizona State University has provided me excellent customer service and all communications from them have been in a timely fashion. Arizona State University has challenged me academically and has offered me tons of support services to assist me. For example, my weakest subject is Math. The concept of math has always been a challenge for me, and has always been something I needed a little extra attention on from instructors and tutors. Arizona State University has a great support team for math and tutors that are free. They are extremely helpful and huge reason why my grades improved. This is a great school if you like to be challenged and want great support for your academic career.
I could not give Arizona State University's online program enough praise. I feel that I was able to connect with my classmates and teachers throughout all of my courses. I was challenged throughout my time a ASU and always felt supported by the school itself. The online program was easy to keep up with and I found it very easy to go at my own pace. Although there are due dates each week, I was able to work ahead when I wanted to. This was incredibly beneficial for me as I also work full time. I am really proud to say that I graduated from ASU!
I used them online and after a semester through their social media outlets such as Facebook groups, I and my spouse were being harrassed by other students. I felt the school itself was acceptable in education but had too much social media conflict. If you go there just do yourself a favor and do not communicate with any other students for any reason.
I attended Arizona State University online to gain my Bachelors degree, which I received in December of 2017. I have heard many say that online school is not real school or it is much easier than traditional school. I am here to tell you, you are wrong. Online school is just different. While it may not be easier, it is definitely more convenient for those of us that work full time, go to school full time and take care of kids full time. It is a bit more flexible, but the schedules are still pretty strict and you have to be disciplined enough to get your work turned in. Most of the teachers I had were understanding, but still expected you to be an adult and be responsible. Arizona State University was definitely my top choice to obtain a degree because of their online school options and when I found out they were getting Masters programs online, I was all over it. I would not be able to afford going to traditional school full time, especially with me working full time as well. One or the other would have had to go and I was not willing to make that sacrifice. The pace for the school is pretty fair, but a bit quick. I liked the fast paced classes as they allowed me to finish my degree even faster. It was also a bit better for since I could still take the four classes a semester, but split them up into 2 per session.
I started an online degree program at Arizona State University in Spring of 2013 with some trepidation. Especially because I was returning to finish a degree after more than 20 years out of school. ASU surprisingly provides everything you need to make you successful. They provide support in any form you can think of. You just have to ask. It ended up being the best thing I have ever done professionally. I graduated in May 2016 with a honors degree.
