I have tried to get a question answered that has taken me ten days, transferred 12 times, on hold at least 10 to 15 minutes each time I was transferred and the only answer I got in the end was that the workbook that this college gave me was incorrect and it did not supply the practice excel spreadsheets that it said it did. Not one person would let me speak with a supervisor nor could they answer. All they knew how to do was transfer back and forth! And this is not cheap for an online college. I'm so sad I spent this much money that I cannot even have a phone number or email address to get help! I do NOT recommend at all.
I called BEFORE I signed up for the program and they told me that they would help me find an externship for the program. I called last week since I am close to completing the program and now they're telling me they don't help place for externships. I had to throw a fit to get put on a "list" that they were going to try and help me find a place. It has been three weeks and I haven't heard anything. To add more insult to injury, I submitted a paper 13 days ago(they say they grade within 7 to 10 business days) I submitted a ticket to have this looked into and still haven't received my grade. It isn't worth the money when you've been lied to.
I received poor to non-existent support. The payment structure was misrepresented to me. I paid for full tuition and never received all the course materials and instruction I was promised. When I asked for a copy of my contract I was refused. Be forewarned. Get copy of contract and read very carefully!
The teachers are rude, unhelpful, lazy, and slow. They didnt quiz on what was on the curriculum. One of my teachers even threatened to kick me from the program if I didnt submit over 25 assignments over the course of 3 weeks and not all at once. Then, after I already did 25 (documents, not all assignments) she reported me for plagiarism on MY OWN photos! Because, and in HER words, she shouldnt have been able to get documentation so quickly so it mustve been from the twitter. First off, I wanted my internship DONE, and second, I dont even use the twitter. And that was one event in the first 5 classes. Dont. Just dont. Garbage school, absolute trash.
Terrible, misleading I did not receive adequate info to complete the course. I was totally confused. Gave 30 days to cancel and later told 5 days . This company wants to charge &368 to cancel. Never received any books. I did not like the customer service.
I finished the degree and found my opportunities increase. Ashworth is a great school of your are self-disciplined and motivated. It is very compatible for a full time job and school. I would recommend Ashworth to anyone looking to further their education and increase employment.
I am a first generation graduate .and that wouldn't have been possible I had not went to Ashworth. Ashworth is is affordable and I was able to work at my own pace ,the administration and lectures were very helpful as they helped me out every step of the way. thank you Ashworth college I am a graduate today because of you
The worst student support, customer service EVER!!! Was put on hold, disconnected, told someone would call me back. They had technical difficulties with their site almost every week, I was not able to see quiz scores, some materials that had online links were disconnected or no longer valid links.
The degree that I studied and worked hard to earn is worthless. The credits do not transfer to even a community college. I am going to have to start from the beginning and earn the same degree again before I can move forward. This college is a joke. I was ripped off for my time and my money. Thanks for robbing me, Ashworth College.
