When in a Masters Class the expectation from the student is higher... before I started my course I prepared myself and true enough my MSN in Education is challenging. I learned so much and was able to put my learning into practice/application. I have fellow nurses who completed their MSN in a school in classroom setting and I am proud to say that what I learned is not included in their course. My course will prepare me to be an awesome Nurse Educator of the future. Most of all Dr. B. and my advisor... Read More

I completed another online program for my BSN and the difference is noticeable. If you are looking for an easy A then Aspen is not for you. There were a few times when I didn't agree with my grades, but I have always been able to talk to a professor or my assigned counselor Jessica. Jessica helped me throughout my two and a half years journey. She always responded and she always found an answer and a solution that benefited me! I feel prepared to lead as a result of the hard work I put in at Aspen.... Read More

I would have to say from my experience I would definitely recommend Aspen University for those seeking to advance their nursing degree. I did my RN to MSN nurse education in 16 months. They have very flexible start times and a very user friendly website. They accept your course from other schools no matter how old they are. The instructors are very helpful and work with students in every way possible to help the succeed. Aspen university is CCNE accredited which allowed me to transfer to another... Read More

I started at AU in 2009. Left for personal reasons, came back in 2016 to finish up and graduated w a Masters in Nursing Education. Now...their cost cannot be beaten. They have a payment plan, but I paid cash so I don't know details of it. Professors: are AMAZING! ZERO FREE A's here kids! If you want a degree handed to you for payment alone, don't come here. You WILL WORK HARD for every single point. That is the way AU is growing their name and great reputation for excellence in education. Every professor... Read More

Pros: Aspen University is affordable and has a convenient payment plan. Accredited by the CCNE. The admissions representative was helpful. Cons: Aspen University seems to have grown too quickly. I used to recommend Aspen University to colleagues but am no longer able to do so. It takes several emails and telephone calls to receive responses from academic advisors. Course faculty will take days to respond to emails (if they respond at all). Some faculty take 3-4 weeks to grade discussion threads and... Read More

I am very pleased with the education I received from Aspen University. I was able to take one class at a time, so I could give adequate time to both my full time employment and school assignments. The academic quality has high standards, and I always received timely responses every time I had a concern or needed help. I made the right decision when I choose Aspen University.

I am currently a student at Aspen University and I love this program that I am in. As a nurse I know a lots of coworkers that struggle at local nursing schools and yet they do not get to enjoy the program itself as I do mine. The professors are experts in their areas and are very tactful with their guiding. I have personally learned a ton of things I am able to use at work.

I would not recommend to full-time working students. The content seems like busy work, and the instructors wrote the same questions class after class. It started out as a great experience, but the closer I became to graduating, the worse the busywork became.

FAKE SCHOOL

This is a FAKE school. You pay real money and they happily take every penny and then some, just read others peoples reviews and you and see how. They refuse to help students with the even basic of requests. They have the WORST attitudes, maybe because they all have other fake degrees from other fake online schools. If you have ever gone to a REAL college, you WON'T be able to manage with this below average scam.
