"Aspen University has been a great experience so far. All of my professors have doctoral degrees and are easy to communicate with via email. The curriculum is clearly presented as are the expectations. I can easily get answers from my mentor, who has always been available when I call Aspen directly; on issues regarding payments, retrieving past papers, how to utilize the resources available in the library, etc. This program is not for someone that is hoping to get an easy degree without putting in the time and work required. Yes, you write a lot of APA papers, but this is not necessarily a bad thing as you will need to know what what you are doing when you start grading your own student's APA papers someday!"

"I have been a student at Aspen University for the last four years. My first degree was a bachelors in nursing. I have now just completed my Masters. The instructors were knowledgeable and always willing to help in anyway. I would highly recommend Aspen University if you want to pursue higher education at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. Wonderful nursing program!"

"Great flexibility of course start dates that truly allows the student working full-time to take a break when needed. Instructors were all responsive to questions asked - and were timely with their answers. The schoolwork in each class does keep you busy, but it is definitely manageable even when working a full time job. The staff and leadership team were committed to ensure I completed my studies, and I am grateful that I had chosen to go with Aspen University."

"Aspen has been a great experience for me. I gained knowledge about nursing concepts and theories that I have been able to apply in my current practice. The instructors were there when I needed them and my counselor was always a phone call away. The tuition was affordable and I didn’t feel rushed to complete assignments since the guidelines for due dates were clear. I enrolled in one class a semester and was still able to complete my program in in under two years."

"I loved just about everything at Aspen. My Academic Adviser became one of my friends as they were someone I talked to the most during the whole program. The only department I had trouble with is the registrar's office. Getting a call back from them is impossible and when they did reply to my emails, the information was wrong or not helpful. The worst was when it came to my proctored exam. Thankfully my adviser was able to make sense of everything and help me out. But the education, advisory, professors are all top notch!"

"I had a great experience at Aspen. The program is affordable, staff are responsive, and assignments are clearly defined. It did not require any group assignments, which I appreciate, since every individual's schedule is different. I would recommend the program for anyone looking for flexible and affordable options."

"The program has been a great experience. I have more opportunities for growth within my organization and motivated to continue to higher education. Distance learning can be intimidating, however the instructors were extremely helpful. The advisors are always available and respond back promptly to ease anxieties. Overall, I had a great experience."

"Aspen’s BSN program was rigorous, but achievable as a working mom. Professors are helpful and supportive. I also appreciated the monthly payment program which made my degree affordable. I was intent on earning my BSN for career progression, and was recently promoted. I have recommended this program to several colleagues."

"I am about to finish my BSN at Aspen. I have taken online classes at other universities, but I felt that Aspen does a better job. Each class is set up into doable modules which you work through one week at a time. There is a lot of material to work through though, so it does take work. Do not think that you can coast through the program because each class has discussions and some sort of major assignment such as a paper or Powerpoint presentation that will need to be done on a weekly basis. In nursing it has become increasingly important to have a bachelors degree, so I am glad that I chose this program. I expect that it is more work than attending a local school, it offers much more flexibility. Financially they have a monthly payment plan which I like, they were cheaper than other school that I considered, and they made an effort to reduce the financial burden of the degree. For example, they supplied me with even lower cost alternatives for completing credits. I already had a fair number of credits, so to get my degree I will need to finish 10 classes and then take the final examine. I am almost done, and I have been pleased with the experience."
