"This university was a blessing to me. I had not taken a college course in over ten years prior to enrolling at Aspen University. Aspen University did not require I repeat previous classes taken over ten years ago. The payment plan, online format, and no exams was a winning combination. The classes and reading assessments were challenging and I learned a lot. I am glad I finally completed my BA degree in nursing. I highly recommend this university to others. My goal is to enroll in the DNP program in 2019 since I already hold a masters degree in health administration."

"I have nothing but great things to say. The academic advising has been great and very responsive. I feel that the classes are informational and the work is real. I have gone to physical colleges and online schools in the past and this school is by far the best. It is by no means easy and you will have to work very hard to complete the courses. Lots of writing is involved and everything must be in APA formate. I love that the classes are 8 weeks. **This is a real review, from a real student, no games. I am set to graduate at the end of the year with a BS in Criminal Justice"

"This College is a joke. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They screwed me over so many times with my fasfa, told me I had to pay the remaining balance before I could continue with school. it took me almost 4 years to finish school and I already had an associates degree ya'll. It is not okay the way they treat their fasfa students. I called every day of the week and they just kept telling me oh yeah I will have them call you back and they never do. I'm a single mother who works 40+ hours a week/ weekend and I couldn't afford the monthly payment and they just kept screwing me over. I should have stopped and went to another college. I just don't get anytime with my child and I wanted to do online school. I have beem graduated for almost 5 months and they don't recognize my degree. Waste of time!!!!!!"

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2017
"When I first started this RN to BSN program, I didn't understand how it would strengthen my nursing practice. I had put it off too long. Now, I comprehend the importance of Bachlorette holding nurses in this time of the impending nursing shortage. This school was self directed but the professors were easily accessible and supportive. I would recommend this program to any ADN nurse."

"Aspen University was a great choice for me while working fulltime, juggling being in the Navy reserves, and raising a family, it was challenging but doable. I liked the fact that the school was flexible and the professors and advisors were supportive and helpful and reached out to me when needed. I have shared my experience with co-workers and recommended Aspen University to those who wants to advance in their profession. It feels great completing the MSN program. I can't believe my diploma is on it's way, I enjoyed going to Denver for graduation. When I do retire, I plan to use my degree to teach in nursing school at the local university."

"I received an excellent education at Aspen. The work was pertinent, the instructors were helpful and fair. I have advanced in my career and earned back more than what it cost me. I didn't take out any student loans, by using the payment plan and taking 1 class at a time. I am so pleased I decided to attend at Aspen."

"This a very good school, although it's not a traditional brick and mortar your learning experience will be as good or better based on flexibility. While attending I was working as a Police officer and juggling a family of five, which made it almost impossible for me to return to school. Aspen University offered the flexibility I needed to achieve my life long dream of earning a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. I was also awarded a 7 percent raise from my current employer."

"I am now officially a Aspen University graduate! I passed my final proctored exam and paid my graduation fee, so my degree is coming in the mail as I write this. Aspen University is a great school if you are a working adult. There are only discussion posts and homework assignments; there are no midterms and finals, which makes it great if you work full time and are raising a family. I have attended a lot of online universities, but Aspen was the best bar none. I received a promotion because of my degree. My employer didn't care of the name of the school, as long as it is a legit university; which Aspen is. I am going to now enroll in the Masters program in Education because---why not?! The school doesn't try to steal your money; financial aid was always honest with me and always disbursed my money when it was time. Thank you Aspen University! I'm so proud to be an alumni!"

"It worked for my budget and my goals. I recommend this university for anyone wanting to get an advanced degree in nursing. I am living my retirement plan of teaching nursing. Those who can do and those who are getting older must plan to teach. 250 characters."

"Aspen University is a great choice for non-traditional students. Most of my classmates were like me and had earned an ADN many years prior to enrolling in BSN classes. I took two classes at a time and found that the workload was challenging yet manageable. I plan to pursue a MSN but will take one class at a time instead of two. My husband and I attended the 2017 commencement ceremony in Denver and found that it's an added bonus that Aspen is located in such an awesome city! We look forward to returning to Denver in 2019 for my MSN commencement."
