"I didn't get a chance to attend a private school until I went to Baldwin Wallace University. This school has a small college feel but actually is nestled in a suburb of a large urban area. Baldwin Wallace is a hidden gem of a school. I loved the atmosphere of the campus which is quiet and intimate. The faculty and staff of the school are extremely helpful and polite. I never felt intimidated or put off by my advisor or professors. Their advice was open and honest. My class sizes were very small but the coursework was thorough. I enjoyed all my professors and never felt that they didn't understand me or were more concerned about their work. The advantage to a smaller school is the personalized touch that academics give to their students. I have attended larger schools and felt I had to be my own advocate in those environments. At Baldwin Wallace, the university always had my concern in mind. Towards the end of my program, the administration worked hard to help me practice interviewing and find placement. I never felt that I wouldn't find a position after my program was complete. The school was very good at guiding me through the whole program from start to finish. Not every university can state that. Lastly, the best part of my experience at Baldwin Wallace was access to their science programs. Friday nights were an opportunity to bring my family to the school observatory to hear scientists speak about various astronomical topics. I loved access to experiences like that."

"The university that I attended fr my undergraduate degree was Baldwin Wallace University. The school had a pretty nice campus located smack dab in the middle of downtown Berea, a relatively big suburb with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other venues. From my experience, I only had one or two professors who were not the greatest, but all of the other professors were very helpful in guiding the students to success and excelling in their classes. Most of the professors were always available whenever a problem arose, and they genuinely seemed concern about the wellbeing of their students. For dining options, the Student Union was a good place to go for decent food if you were hungry, but the meal plan they switched to about a year ago had everyone in a tizzy. It became inconvenient and confusing, and many people are still pretty upset about its implementation. Thankfully, there were plenty of restaurants around the area that took Jacket Express."

"The unique thing about Baldwin Wallace University is the opportunity to network with individuals in your field during class. During many of my arts management classes, our professors would bring individuals within their network to talk to students about their occupations. Opportunities like this led to many students and friends of mine receiving jobs directly after graduation. Baldwin Wallace University prides themselves on graduates receiving full time job offers directly out of school.Even while tuition is constantly rising at Baldwin Wallace University, they offer many scholarships and grants. While applying for undergraduate programs in 2015, BW was the only school to offer as much aid as they did. I was able to comfortably afford school compared to my peers at state schools. Even when the scholarships and grants were not enough, the staff in the financial aid office went the extra mile to make everything work out for each student. Any student would appreciate this treatment. Finally, this may be a biased opinion, but majoring in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship was a life changing experience. The professors in this major always went the extra mile to make sure their students were fully prepared for life after college. Many of my peers would go on to full-time jobs at Playhouse Square, on Broadway, working for marketing in Disney Channel's Frozen, etc. This program fully prepared all of its students. The highlight of the program was being able to work on Be More Chill at Playhouse Square. We were able to work on marketing, operating, and providing education for the show. Finally, all students in this major must complete 3 internships before graduation. Many will grunt at this requirement, but I am grateful for it. Many of my supervisors commented on how well prepared I was when I entered part time temporary jobs at museums. BW prepares its students for success."

"I absolutely loved my time at Baldwin Wallace University. I met a ton of amazing people who accepted me and made me feel right at home. My education also prepared me for a career in accounting and helped me pass my CPA exam. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it was for BW."

"Baldwin Wallace is a small school and as a result can offer many things large institutions cannot. We have small class sizes which are more conducive for learning, more availability for office hours, and our professors all make an effort to know us by name. My advisors went above and beyond the necessary measures needed to provide services and assistance for me and genuinely cared about me and my success. BW is located in Berea, OH, which is a very safe small suburban community. I am currently attending Graduate school to continue my degree in Physical Therapy and feel very well prepared among my peers. The staff for Health and Physical Education is exceptional. They have creative ways to learn material and ensure you succeed. All in all, a great institution which offers many scholarship opportunities and personalized attention."

"I felt like my graduated experience at Baldwin Wallace was not what I expected. I have my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and Intervention, and I felt like the entire program was just a review of concepts already learned in undergrad. I wanted to learn more, not just review."

"The MBA Program at BW has helped me acquire the 150 hours I needed to sit for the CPA Exam. The program offered many beneficial classes that have helped me develop both personally and professionally. The current program is a little outdated, but they are currently updating the program and offer different classes. BW is a great school overall and the school does a great job helping students find jobs for their future career."

"Baldwin Wallace is a good value for the money. Taking classes at the satellite campus and being part-time limits the social aspects of grad school, but the schedule and workload makes earning an MBA attainable, although still challenging. The faculty and staff are pretty responsive and helpful. I believe I'm learning good skills for my future career path and I'm happy to be at BW."
