"After going through the PTA program, graduating, taking the boards and starting my new career as a licensed PTA, I can honestly say that the PTA program at Bay State College is the best program out there. The clinical placements are amazing and the schools goes out of their way to make sure each placement is a good fit for the student. The practicals are tough but prepare you to step into the real world with the confidence you need to be a good PTA. The professors are there for you and will support you when you reach out for help. They want you to succeed and will go out of their way to help you and share their knowledge. This program is challenging and you will have to work hard and be organized, but when you walk across that stage at graduation you will be ready for your new career as a PTA!"

"Bay State was the single worst financial decision I've ever made. The college was unbelievably overpriced, staff was incredibly demeaning to the students in the PTA program, and would often brag about how they do not graduating two thirds of the original class. There are several other PTA options in the state that are cheaper worth your time, please do not attend Bay State."

"I have read reviews on here claiming the program was great and the teachers cared about the students. That is simply not true. If you asked any student their honest opinion they'd tell you that the teachers only looked out for themselves and making sure they didn't get fired due to budget cuts. The teachers would not only over worked their students but treated them with little to no respect. In the teachers' eyes when they were right they were right and when they were wrong they were right. They found the smallest reason to write you up or to fail you during a practical. I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone."

"The PTA program at Bay State College was extremely challenging but once I completed it I was ready for my future. Bay state college has a reputation of having the best prepared new graduates out there. As class we are pushed to succeed. One has to go in to this program willing to spend nights and weekend outside of the classroom studying the materials, writing research papers and developing the physical skills. I was embraced that I was struggling to learn the enormous amount of material given to us that I did not ask for help at first. However, later, I learned the most instructors are eager to assist those who ask, inquisitive questions and seek for clarity on topics. With that said they do help you find your independence with research and problem solving, which is needed everyday in this field. I recommend the PTA program at Bay State College!!!"

"The PTA program at Bay State is incredibly challenging and fast paced however the knowledge and experience I had after these two years well prepared me for my first job in the field. The teachers have varied backgrounds, from orthopedics, geriatrics and peds, to acute care and nursing facilities. The affiliations Bay State has for clinical rotations are the best of any PTA school in the area and I consistently heard from PTs and PTAs in the field that Bay State students are the most well prepared students they've worked with. You will work very hard while in this program, but if you make the effort, you will have a strong career ahead of you. I had no trouble finding a job after graduation and feel I could not have received a better education."

"The PTA program at Bay State was extremely challenging but worth every second of stress. Throughout my clinicals and current work I have heard from many physical therapy professionals that Bay State students are the best prepared and most sought after. It is amazing how much someone can learn in two years and I owe my teachers and instructors a big thank you for giving me the tools to become successful in my chosen career. I believe that this PTA program is the best in the state. If you decide this is what you want then you should definitely chose this program but be prepared to work incredibly hard. If you are lucky not only will you come out with a great career but also with life long friends that struggled and laughed with you the whole way through. Trust me it's all worth it in the end!!"

"I graduated in May of 2015 from the PTA program. I have seen comments that "they" set you up to fail. Its actually quite the opposite. The program is challenging, as any program preparing you for a career in the medical field should be. The professors are very accessible and are very knowledgeable. They will suggest peer mentors for the student that may be struggling as well as offer their own help. Time spent outside the classroom to practice lab skills with classmates is a must. I found that the students that struggled underestimated the program demands and generally did not put the necessary time in needed to succeed. I have been employed since passing my licensing exam and our staff is impressed at how prepared I was as a first year graduate. Many of my classmates received similar comments, with many clinical locations commenting on how BSC students are much better qualified than students from competing local programs. I recommend the PTA program at Bay State College without reservation."

"Going into the PTA program I was extremely excited. After my experience I just has at bay state in the PTA program I would never recommend that program to anyone. The students are set up to fail from the moment they step foot in the classroom with there rules and regulations. A student spends thousands and thousands of dollars to enter the program but they don't care they look for any reason to dismiss you from the program with no care that you put a lot of time and money into it all. The professors could care less about you. Most of them mislead you with information and then test you on what should have been the correct information but if you try to approach them about it they give you no respect and then end up writing you up for "challenging there authority". They treat you like children but preach that they want us to act like adults. This program was truly a disappointment and waste of time."
