"If a person is paying for a service that service should be exactly as it as sold to be. Meaning the school sold me on the idea that the lectures and information taught would be done so in a way that made success possible. I feel as though even though I am doing well, and currently on the deans list... I have had to do way to much extra research in order to fully grasp the material being taught. It's either too in depth to the point of confusion and irritation or it's not correct. I have personally done 9 exams and quizzes, more but for what I remember, I had to start taking pictures of my answers for proof of what I submitted because after turning in a test/quiz/midterm/final, I would score a lower grade because there were answers that I didn't pick selected. Some tests give second chances, so when I try again and pick the answer I know to be wrong but the previous attempt said was right, it marks it wrong. This has happened to me many times . 2 times with no ability to fight it. Then we have the grammatically incorrect lectures, so irritating. We have wrong videos posted in lectures- like the time I watched a video about butterflies and the Smithsonian, but was supposed to be about the inter working of a law office. I have had to buy books, that's the instructors never have even had us use, or they say to refer to the book for something, but there was never any teachings as to how to use the book. (Law books are confusing) also there's an issue with paying more to work online at night but there's no instructional support at night, and the teachers have up to 48 hrs to respond to a question for help. In the day and age of technology, one would think there would be a text ability, that gives each instructor a phone to use for texting and receiving texts from students. Not all teachers comment or give feedback on what needs improvement, they just expect you to do better. I am thinking of finishing this semester and then finding a new college. The employees really sell the school, I should've know with such a wonderful sales pitch that the school must have issues. I was right. Bryant, please improve or charge us less. Your choice ."

"I will be graduating in February 2022. This has been the best online college for me the advisors and instructors was really helpful when I need help from them. I have 4.0 GPA since beginning and still the end. Doing classes online is the best we have our Dean who would help you with anything in school. Bryant and Stratton College is really easy. Yes, you have to make time in your life to get the work done in order for you to get an good career. This college is not a scam."

"Grades are just handed out, along with degrees. We as students are not held accountable for anything, and they just push us along with a passing grade. Regardless of what is in the syllabus, if you complain, you get your way. I don't know how the instructors do it. I see so many posts of incorrect grammar and spelling, and nothing is ever said- no wonder why people don't hold Bryant and Stratton to a higher standard."

"I purchased an online class from this school. It is definitely wasting money and time. They do not provide any lecture, you need to read and figure out by yourself. Since I am doing everything by myself, why I need them. So I wasted a lot of time with this course. Please stay away from this school."

"I was offered a "free" course through my employer and was immediately disappointed. The entire time it felt almost like a scam, yet I continued to give it a chance, hoping for the best. However, the school did nothing to quell my worries. They continued to push me, have me wait until the very last minute to prompt me into acting prematurely and expecting me to answer within mere minutes after being prompted. Of course, the free course was falsely advertised, and numerous unknown fees were thrown at me as I tried to plead my case, while the entire time, my admissions advisor continuously tried to push me into a full degree program with no knowledge of the school or its functions."

"This college has taken so much of my time away from my kids. I am not prepared for the workforce. And now I'm receiving a bill that my financial aid was supposed to pay for. Attending this college was a mistake and a complete waste of time. I hope this college gets some kind of consequences for scamming so many people. I was planning on using the degree I earn to get a good job but the college has not prepared me for that. I will get more bills from this college I'm sure."

"This is not a fake review. The financial department at this school is horrible. I told them I wanted to pay cash instead of getting a student loan because I didn't need one. The financial department threw a fit and became unprofessional. The lady that I talked to became angry and told me that they will not help me. They said I had no choice but to get a student loan. I should have known right there that this was going to be a bad decision. I made the bad choice of signing up anyway. Soon after, they immediately wanted money for the next semester. I sent them a check for the difference of my student loan. They then proceeded to tell me that I have to sign a Master Promissory Note every time I send them money or they would cancel my classes. I told them no because it is not necessary for every payment. They got angry again. So I purposefully canceled my classes. They tried to argue with me and I told them to call my loan servicer and take it up with them. Two days later I get an email from my academic advisor asking me to resume my classes. I told her that I would if I don't have to sign a MPN. She made it happen. They are only out for your money. Another thing, they use old youtube video's to help navigate through their web interfaces that are of no help at all, and teachers have a bad habit of not answering their emails when you need help."

"This has to be the worst "college" out there. They teach students with YouTube videos. The teachers barely ever bother to answer an email. The "success coaches" are only involved in your "success and education" until they know they have you stuck. Then suddenly they ghost. The teachers do not grade on time. Your work for the following week is complete before you even know if you did the first assignment right. The lesson plans are almost always referencing wrong or outdated information. You get all of this plus some, for the huge price tag of 3x what other, better colleges charge. Took them 3 and a half months to get a refund out if you even get a dime back because the cost is so high. Stay far away from this college! They had the nerve to send out an email asking for referrals in exchange for a 25.00 gift card. Seriously? I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy, let alone 25.00? My 4 classes with books cost over 9 grand!! 750 for books I barely used. This college is criminal in my opinion. My second grader could watched YouTube and passed these classes 🙄"

"I have been a student at Bryant & Stratton College for 3 years + and I have to honestly say they care. I am a mother of three children working a full-time job. Bryant & Stratton College has worked with me every step of the way! They have a website dedicated to students who need tutoring and counseling. Honestly, this is a school that makes you work hard and make you do that work that helps you succeed in your future workplace. I have nothing but respect for this school because they don't cut you any slack but at the same time work with me being a single parent working a full-time job. This is a lovely school and deserves nothing but respect. I am proud and grateful for Bryant & Stratton."

"FAIR WARNING! DO NOT ATTEND HERE!!!! I had to be the one to make all the phone calls instead of the other way around. They never called me, even when they said they would, took several weeks to process my financial aid and kept emailing me to sign documents when I had already signed them, and then waited two days before class began to start admission process. My transfer credits were not evaluated until the day before classes started. I never got my schedule nor login information and when I called to find out what was going on I was ignored. Two days later I called the main campus and the woman talked to me like I was a child and kept interrupting me. Today is the third day of classes and I get an email from the campus director stating I had violated student conduct and my acceptance had been rescinded, but would not explain. I guess calling them and trying to get them to do their job was wrong of me. I will be filing a formal complaint against this school with the Office of Higher Education and the ACCSC."

"This was the most expensive online college I have seen the online experience was ok but the price was outrageous. I have since switched to liberty University and I'm completely satisfied with the price of tuition and staff. It seems like Bryant and Stratton is a for profit college I wouldn't recommend."

"I started Bryant and Strattom College and they always said they would help no matter what. I called and explained that I needed to drop down to part time because my job was getting very demanding and I did not have as much time as I previously did. I was told to do my best and that they could not do anything for me. So now I'm stuck with a $2200 bill because I was not given any assistance what so ever when I needed the help. This is definitely not a good school to go to if you have a full time job and kids."

"Let me start by saying that I shouldn't have attened this school, ok so I started going to this school back in 2017 and everything was cool well I had some life happenings hit me and was unable to focus and finished school so I quit. I recently started back in the spring 2019 well before I could start they had to evaluate my stuff so once they did that I received a email saying that I am academically eligible to return under the new curriculum guidelines ok cool, so I started school doing very well and enjoying going so my session two class just ended in August and I was suppose to start my other classes September 11 until i get hit with me doing do a appeal. I called my advisor and was asking her why did I have to do a appeal because I have passed my class well she told me that they wanted to know what was so different from 2017 up until now I was like what so I said ok. I submitted the appeal and a couple of days went by I emailed me advisor to see if she heard anything she forward over that my appeal was denied due to academic history and tha my enrollement process was going to be discontinued so by this time I am pissed because I have been charged and going since the spring and have been passing my classes and yet still don't have no degree and who is responsible for paying for my grants is me. This has to stop this should have been done before I was told that I was academcally eligible to return I have the email saying so. They are just there to take people money and to me I feel like the school is a fraud."

Please be careful picking this school. I would not recommend."

"I do not recommend this college for this degree. This program is fraught with stupid errors such as simple spelling mistakes, or quizzes that are answer key coded wrong. It is gallingly apparent the program manager and others (including professors) cared nothing for proof reading the quality of work they were putting out there. It made me question the competency of the school and the degree program. I also do not recommend this school because the instructors do nothing to help students. You teach yourself, and they simply collect a paycheck. In addition, this program should not advertise that this is a billing program. For the entirety of the program, we learned the medical coding side. At NO POINT did we take a class that shed light on the billing aspect. To add salt to an already stinging wound, I just received my diploma in the mail only to find the shell that holds the diploma..and no diploma. If you expect Bryant and Strattons president to care..he wont. To date, I sent an email addressing my concerns over three months ago, and have not received a response. Do not waste your time or money on a sub-par educational experience."

"This school is a rip off!! They charge you for classes not taken. This school is all about the money. They charge $10,000.00 per semester. They are the worst. They harass you to start the courses online and never explain all the cost. If you withdraw from the class your are still responsible for the balance due (even when withdrawing prior to the course starting)."

"This is the worst online school. I have had to keep redoing my assignments. I do them ALL and submit them. Each one comes back that I didnt do them. So I re submit. I started having to screen shot everything I had done because proof is in the pudding. When i submit my hard earned work and then I have to re do, its crazy. I do not want to quit, but I dont know what else to do at this point. Thinking of getting a lawyer though over this. To many issues. They are only out for money. I believe they are trying to fail people just so they can keep getting money. Im going to write to States Attorney General and President Trump. I will write Ellen. This needs to stop."
