"Attending this school was my biggest mistake! Unstructured, some of the instructors don't know the curriculum themselves but have these high stipulations for the students! It's over priced, it's just not worth it! Go ANYWHERE Else or simply just don't attend school at all if career point is the best place you can do!"

"I am a current student at career point college and have some pros and cons about this school. Financial aid sucks. Some teachers are un organized. My first two classes sucked because they were computer basics but once you get into your medical classes it gets better. I learned so much coming to this school I just can't seem to remember all of it cause there's so much to know !!!! This school and instructors are recognized by lots of Dr offices in our area. I just think people are so picky about the littlest things. They teach you what youre supposed to know and help you when you need it. From a scale 1-10 I give them a 6."

"I really don't know where to start, but here is brief summary. I attended the high school, when I called and inquired about it I was told it was completely "free" after I enrolled in the program, I was told it was 900 out of pocket but if I furthered my education with Career Point it was free (1st LIE) After enrolling to study Medical Assisting I was informed that the school was "Accredited" (2nd LIE) This school is ONLY accredited if you continue to further your education with them, otherwise your credits don't count at any other college. They have a RN program, BUT the only way you can study to be an RN at this school is IF you take their LVN first, yet another tactic to get your money, because you can go to the Alamo Colleges and start wherever you desire just as long as your test scores meet the criteria. Career Point does NOT provide text books, instead they give you a cheap laptop (That's in your tuition) and upload Ebooks that crash and makes it hard to complete assignments! The instructors are very UNPROFESSIONAL, and not helpful, the work is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Please DO NOT make the same mistakes as I did by attending this BOOTLEG COLLEGE!!!! I recently relocated to this city and state and was totally unaware of how this school really is, those commercials sucked me in, then I did my research AFTER I was enrolled... so I'm just trying to hang in there until I my finish date which is in 3 more months & I've enrolled at St. Phillips for the fall semester, although I will not get my credits I don't care at least I'll be going to a real college. I hate this school DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I'm studying MA & IT'S 19,000 a BSN at San Antonio College isn't even than much..."

"Please don't make the mistake I did! I am young and simply wanted to better myself thought this was the route to go 9 months for a degree perfect! boy was I wrong first they kept thinking I was in a different program than I was in. the teachers are miserable, don't know what they are talking about and probably dont even have a degree in teaching at all! very small classes 2-5 in my group so not very much chance of socialization I was even in a class by myself for a couple of weeks! Shows how in demand they are in"
