"Oh god this school is horrible. My experience was a little better after I switched financial aid advisors. I do not recommend Yana as a financial aid advisor, she is so rude! I ended up leaving because she wasn’t helping me with my financial aid. She rarely answered my emails, or returned any of my phone calls. This school could be great if the staff weren’t so awful."

"Terrible school. It is very expensive compared to other career schools. The "teachers" don't even feel like they know much about the profession they're giving lectures about. I would NOT recommend attending this school if you can find some place else."

"This is for the Sacramento/Northern California campus: I've completed 2 programs at Carrington. Both times, they have messed up my financial aid. When I came back for the 2nd program, they said that I owed them money from my 1st program and I couldn't start the 2nd program until that was paid in full. But how is that possible when they don't let you start until all the funds are paid up front?????? So, guess what, I ended up paying the additional 2k so that I could start the Dental Assisting/Associate Degree program. I finished the DA/Associate Degree program in March 2018 and now I'm getting calls from a Devry associated lender saying that I owe them 4k. I don't even know who this lender is or where they came from. I got federal aid and grants to cover my tuition before I started the program and now I find out that Carrington also has over 2k of my grant money that they haven't used or disbursed to me according to FAFSA. (funny how I owed them 2k, and they had the funds the WHOLE time. So, in essence they got paid twice) I've called and called Carrington Financial Aid department and emailed several different people and NOBODY ever responds. This surprise loan is now hurting my credit and even though I told them how important it is that they get back to me, no one has called me STILL. I think their financial aid people, don't have a clue about what they're doing. They have misappropriated my financial aid and now they messed up my credit. I am going to file a complaint with the Department of Education as well. They have no regard or accountability for people's credit or how their mistakes mess up people's lives. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! For those of you that are interested in Hygiene, go to the American Dental Education Association instead. You can finish the Hygiene program and get your degree in 2 years by enrolling in 1 program, instead of 3 programs and 4 years +100k at Carrington. I wish I had found out about this program 5 years ago. I'd be a Hygienist by now."

"This school is strictly for profit. The quality of education is not worthe the cost. Classes are not transferable and unstable instructors."
