"The case studies really help to grasp what goes on in the real world, applying the new knowledge being taught. With the focus on case study discussions instead of cramming for exams , it's helping me learn in a whole new way. The professors are professional and the help desk is helpful! The courses are accelerated, so be ready!"

"There were some inconsistencies with requirements along the way, but overall it was a great program and I felt very well prepared for certification and practice. The clinical courses did a great job of implementing case studies that were applicable to practice, and the capstone board review course was fantastic!"

"Do not attend this school! Worse mistake I ever did was start this program. You basically teach yourself while they take your money. Teachers do not offer feedback and there are no tests or quizzes so you basically are doing case studies that require looking up evidence based articles that take up time you could use for real studying! Finding a clinical site is up to as well as doing the practium coordinators job, too much time doing the school's job while they over charge you for a sub par education. CCN actually allows people who cheat to stay in the program, I know first hand! I sent an email to an instructor and the dean because I saw a student copied an article word for word in a discussion post and nothing was done. That student is still in my class! This is the type of student representing this school! So wish I had left and transferee but no other school would accept my credits and I was already in the clinical portion of the program. Run from CCN!"

"Love this program and I continue to learn and grow everyday. The case study model provides a continuous learning experience and great interaction with other students and the instructors. This program is challenging but worth the challenge and has greatly prepared me for my practicum experience. I already have a job offer before graduation."

"I have 3 more classes to go and I must say I am learning tons of information. Although generally a new program, I feel that Chamberlain is giving us what we need to be entry level FNPs. They are frequently making changes that reflect on the feedback of the students. We currently have a certification class that was being given in our final course but that have changed. Now we are getting access to those q bank questions earlier which allows us to be better prepared. We have heard back from students who have graduated and they have passed boards and function as an FNP and many have stated they felt that CCN prepared them. It's an online school so you get what you put forward. Lots of studying on your own time and you have to have self driven. I loved Immersion weekend in assessment! We got the opportunity to get hands on learnung on assessing patients prior to clinicals and met life long friends in the process. The most frustrating part of the program is findind preceptors but this is an issue with most programs. Start looking a year in advance as they fill up quickly. Most importantly remember to give back and become a preceptor when you are a practicing NP."

"I worked as an instructor at the chamberlain college of nursing. I definitely would not recommend this school to any of potential students. They will take your money. The program is so fast paced. It is very likely to fail this program than the traditional program. You throw your money out of window. Several students called me that after they failed twice, the school denied their readmission. THEY WASTED 70000 dollars. Be careful enrolling these program."

"I am extremely disappointed with the instructors, overall the way everything is ran at this school. Unfortunately, I am still attending the school just to finish what I started. Where do I begin? I had an instructor, well a few that have been extremely unprofessional. I question where they received their degree or why they were hired. I am fed up, I want to graduate and pass the NCLEX. How is that possible half of the teachers I have had chose to play games instead of lecturing and were more concerned with being outside because of the nice weather. The one thing that really caught my attention before registering was the NCLEX pass rate and come to find out that NCLEX pass rate is not what it use to be. By the way I heard this from one of the instructors. I definitely do NOT recommend this school to anyone."

"Worst school ever "Beware", I wish I read the reviews prior to attending. The program focus on busy work, the professors are terrible. Chamberlain student service does not help with clinical site allocation. This school only focus on money, does not provide any student support. The lessons are not interactive."

Do not go to chamberlain college of nursing - 8/9/2016

"Chamberlain college of Nursing was a rip off, they dont' care about the success of student and they don't have good instructors. All they after is your money. They only try to entice students with some sweet words just to get you into there system but as soon as you get in they don't care about your success and there academics are so poor that you may not be able to pass the board. This is just a tip for someone that could fall victim, i will suggest you look for a better school out there."

"I personally have had no issues with Chamberlain. I did my bsn through them and am currently in my FNP program with them. Who ever say this is a rip off school is so not true. I have never been over charged and knew right away my fee's that needed to be paid right up front. This program is good for those of us who have to work and like any program that is online you have to work for your grade. The bsn program was a doable program but the FNP program is a much harder program but so worth the time and the money invested for a brighter future. To all those nay sayers just don't listen to them after all that is their personal opinion as to how they feel about the school based upon their negative experience with them."
