"Charter College was proactive in helping me with anything that I had a problem with. When I failed a class they were right there asking what they could do better to help me succeed. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to answer. My degree made me the head Finance Officer for my City."

"I recently called my campus asking for tutoring which has been promised to me since the day I signed up. The man that answered simply told me there is NO tutoring available for any of the classes in their Bachelor program. Not even for general education classes. PLEASE stop advertising that you provide tutoring. Its misleading and immoral to do so. I am earning my bachelors degree off of youtube and google while you guys collect my money. I'm rarely a disgruntled person and I really hate leaving bad reviews but you guys need to be more honest."

"Felt like I was sold a bad used car. They over promised and failed to deliver 90% of the time. Their online classes were flawed, taught by people who did not know the material, and most of the time the online program would not even load. The tech support staff nuked my laptop so bad I had to take it to an expert to have it fixed. They insist on professionalism from their students but rarely reflect it with the way they do business. I am almost certain they committed a federal crime with my financial aid. If you know someone who you hate with all your heart, mind, and soul, I would recommend you recommend this pathetic excuse of a school to them. The only success to be had there is in the bank accounts of the people running the scam/school."
